We used a Leap of Faith limo for a birthday this past weekend to drive around Sacramento and surrounding areas to look at Christmas lights and everyone had a great experience start to finish. Markus, our driver, was punctual, courteous and attentive. He went over the rules of riding in the limo [no shoes on the seats, try to be clean etc], showed us how to operate the music, air, and offered to play a choice of two Christmas movies. His driving skills were superb, we could pour and drink champagne and hot cider while moving and never spilled a drop. Markus was personable and friendly the entire 4 hours. We will certainly be back again in the future :)

We used Leap of Faith service for the first time a few weeks ago for the AC/​DC concert in SF. They were awesome! From getting a quote to the day of confirmation. Tony our driver was top notch! Got us there on time for a Friday rush hour drive. He was professional, helpful and Funny. The entire experience was A+. Our group would use this service again hands down! :)

The wife and I had booked a flight leaving Sacramento on Saturday at 10:30am connecting in LAX to Mexico. On Friday afternoon we found out the flight out of LAX was changed and we weren’t going to make our connection (thanks Delta). So instead of Marcus picking us up at 9am, I needed him to pick us up at 4:15am. So when I called his less than 12 hours before and informed him of the change, his response was «No problem». Like a boss! Best limo company. Period.

Leap of Faith is the epitome me of a customer service business. Markus is a wonderful business owner and operator who puts client needs and «a good time» as the prime priority. I have used Leap of Faith on multiple occasions and they have gone above an beyond the call of duty. Whether I needed a shuttle ride to the airport, transportation for 150 guests or limo day ride, Leap of Faith has handled the needs seamlessly and professionally. Big name companies normally do not provide big bang value or customer service. Have some Faith and take the Leap. We have been using Leap Of Faith for 4 years now. Every Christmas we take the Limo to look at the Christmas lights. The first year we had a standard Limo and have moved our way up to the bus. They are always on time and so nice. I totally recommend them.

It is not often that we need to utilize the services of a limo or town car service, and it is always sketchy finding a company that is reasonable and reliable. We have now found a go to company and highly recommend Leap of Faith. The owner Markus was prompt in getting back to me with a reasonable quote for transporting my wife, 5 year old daughter and myself to and from SFO. Despite the take off and arrival dates being 16 days apart, he was willing to allow us to use or own car seat for my daughter which the company safeguarded until our return trip. Markus is a solid guy and his company is now branching out with some other high end larger vehicles for bigger parties. i.e. for wine tasting or other corporate events. When we got back from our trip to Italy late last night, the last thing I wanted to do was to hunt down our own car and make the drive to Sacramento. It was nice getting a chance for some more rest to combat the jet lag. Thanks Markus and thanks LOFL&T!

From start to finish Markus and Leap of Faith was a completely satisfying and delightful experience. We selected him over several others for a very early morning airport run to begin our family vacation back east.
He was early, professional, kind, funny and a real genuine person. It was a nice way to begin a long day of travel.
The vehicle (Escalade) was spotless and comfortable. Rates were competitive and, at least for this run, better than Über was quoting.
We liked him so much we booked him for the return trip. Highly recommended.

The process of getting a quote and arranging transportation was quick and easy.
Driver confirmed the appointment the day before.
They showed up on time, drove us safely around in a very clean SUV.

This was my first time getting to take a limo wine tasting and we had an amazing time! Our driver Mark was absolutely fantastic and gave us a great day. Once we were all loaded up he was nice enough to stop at the liquor store so we could get a few bottles of bubbly for the ride out to Amador. He helped each one of us out of the limo at every stop and was nothing but a pleasure to be around. He is an absolute professional and I would highly recommend him and definitely use his service again!

I do a lot of traveling for work and personal and have utilized many different services around the Globe. Let me say that Markus is TOP NOTCH! Arrived early to pick us up. Town car is clean and does not stink. Markus is very personable. Our return flight was to return into Sacramento at 11:47pm but we did not arrive until around 3 in the morning. Markus stayed in the cell phone waiting lot until we arrived as he said he wanted to make sure we were taken care of and got home. I did not expect him to do that and I feel if it were another company they would have left us there at the airport. I highly recommend Leap of Faith Limo!

Hands down, the best limo service we have ever used.
We have a tradition of booking a limo for Junior Prom for our kids and this year, we found out the company we had used went out of business. Not only that, but we waited until the last minute because we were in the middle of moving to a new house.
With two days from the event, I called Leap of Faith and the owner, Markus, called us back within an hour of our message. We were able to reserve the car and after a couple of discussions with him, we were extremely comfortable putting these kids into their hands for the evening.
The driver arrived 25 minutes early from the departure time which allowed for photos, payment and liability forms to be signed by parents… all kids have to have a parent on site before they were allowed in the car (for prom, that’s an easy accommodation).
Our driver was incredibly kind and friendly and impeccably dressed. We used the white Lincoln stretch, the car was immaculate and in perfect condition and stocked with sodas and water for the kids.
Their rates are reasonable one of the most affordable in the area. The biggest compliment I can give, is the customer service. The constant communication, availability and honesty means Markus is the ONLY company we will use for limo services from this point on.
And the kids had a blast!

The service I received from this company was EXCELLENT and nothing less! I made reservation for my 32^nd birthday to shuttle around a group of 15 of my girlfriends… and we had a GREAT time! Putting down the deposit, and figuring out the details was very smooth. The owner is very pleasant and helps decide the best choice and price for the customer. Our driver, Mr. Danny, was excellent as well. Always smiling, took our pictures, helped each and every one of us into and out of the limo at each stop. It was a wonderful time. Finally a limo company with customer focus.
I had initially planned a Bay Christmas light tour, but even with Markus’s great rates, it would have been a tad too expensive. When I decided against doing any tour, he encouraged me to do a Sacramento light tour and promised a great experience.
Promise delivered.
We booked a 7 – 8 passenger stretch for a four hour light tour, planning on seven of us going on the trip to make sure it was not too crowded. What he sent was a 15 passenger Excursion Limo, which enabled us to invite another friend and still have plenty of extra room.
The driver was quite courteous, of course doing those things expected of a chauffer, and helping my 94 year old grandmother in and out.
We left at five thirty, late because my family was late. We went through four different Christmas Frenzy neighborhoods, plus an additional home. Between our family being late, stopping for fast food, and taking a restroom break on the way back, it took us an extra hour, for a total of a five hour trip.
The limo was clean and cozy, though the temperature controls were confusing and I couldn’t stop cool air from coming through the vents, even when I set the temperature up to 80: p But it wasn’t that bad, just an adjustment in where I was sitting or throwing my hoodie on solved the problem.
Between the friendly service, good rates, the upgraded limo, and a great light tour, this was an A+ experience.

I’ve used many different limo services over the years. Limo companies seem to come and go, but Marcus’s business model focuses on customer service and has never let me down. We’ve used him for a co-​ed trip to Thunder Valley’s pool, used him as a shuttle for the wedding party of a friends to leave the reception and get us to the Hilltop, and most recently took his Excursion for a bachelor party, from downtown, to old town folsom, and back to the deuce. Both he, and his drivers are polite, courteous, and patient, and when you’re herding 12 drunken bachelor partiers around in the rain, it can get a little more like Animal House than one might expect. Another plus is knowing the total fee including the tip, tax, etc so that you know what the cost per person is BEFORE the end of the night. No surprises. Couldn’t recommend his service more.

My wife and I wanted a night out without worrying about having to drive ourselves around so we decided to get a car for the evening. I spoke with Marcus to arrange car and he was courteous and helpful by phone. I received a confirmation, by email, within minutes of our call (very professional). We had a «fill-​in» driver for the first part of the evening. We out in the country and she arrived 15 minutes early (which is a BIG + in my book). She was very professional and an outstanding and confident driver. She provided us with her phone number which made it easy for us to contact her throughout the night. This worked perfectly when we wanted to notify her, by txt, that we were leaving a specific location. She’d promptly pull the car around and was already waiting for us when we walked outside. After our time at the club, our temp driver was swapped out for Marcus but the swap was seamless for us and Marcus made us feel immediately comfortable. From the club we headed over to get some burgers from Burgers and brew. Marcus waited patiently for us and was immediately available upon leaving the restaurant. From there he drove us home (about 45 minutes). He was very polite as we chatted about all different subjects during the drive home.
After the wonderful experience that we had with Leap Of Faith I would highly recommend them to anyone, including friends and family. We had such a great time and it was nice to relax and enjoy the evening and not having to worry about how we’re going to get around. Leap of Faith made it wonderful.
