Concrete Landscape Services

We just used CLS and they did a good job. It took two days total. The first to prep the ground and the second to pour the concrete. They were easy to work with and the price was fair.

CLS were recommended to me, so I thought I would give them a try.
Three weeks later and numerous appointments that they failed to keep, I’ve hired someone else.

GREAT very hard working team to work with. Ron and his team just completed a large job in our Woodland, CA home a few weeks ago. We are new to the Sacramento (Woodland) area and honestly did not know how to proceed with our landscaping and concrete needs. We interviewed 5 landscape service companies and Ron stood out from all of them. He showed good communication skills, demonstrated good experience and made suggestions on how we should proceed. Ultimately, he demonstrated he cared about the customer which I am finding out «customer service» is unfortunately becoming more and more an oxymoron in our everyday business environment… Nevertheless, we gave Ron the ok to proceed.
A few weeks later, we were blown away on how good the job turned out to be. It was better than we expected. His team is extremely hard working and so is Ron. The labor and hours the team put into our job (almost non-​stop) was impressive. All his team is hard working and always courteous to my wife and I.
In summary, I can’t say more good words for Concrete Landscape Services. Design, quality AND follow-​up (we had to replace a sprinkler head) is A+. Thank you Concrete Landscape Services and the team for a good job.

Good people but not very good at what they do. I hired them to grade, install drainage and sod the back yard. The crew worked hard and was respectful but not very good at what they do. The back yard has sunken in over many of the drainage lines. I have fine cracks in the concrete in several places (it was installed this past summer). I’ve had concrete work done in SoCal in an area with frequent quakes and haven’t seen this kind of cracking. I had multiple contractors in to do different jobs e.g. install fencing, patio cover etc and the only people to damage the concrete were the ones who installed it. Ron’s guys set a fertilizer bag on the driveway resulting in a permanent rust stain, bootprints, overflow of cream onto previously concreted surfaces — just bad work. Add this to a rippled back yard — ugh!

We hired Ron, at CLS to pour stamped and colored concrete for a patio and walkway. The job that they did was completely unsatisfactory.
He raised prices on us mid job, and lied to us so many times. The concrete began cracking 2 months after the job was completed.
It now has many many large cracks, craters, and chips. They tried to make our walkway curved, and they did not use enough support, so we are left with an ugly wiggly edge. There are tamper dents from from the tool they used to stamp the concrete, boot prints in the pigment, and uneven surfaces throughout.
My husband tried contacting Ron several times, and he promised to come take a look, and never showed as promised. Ron is so unprofessional he even threatened my husband via email. He lied, cheated, cursed at us, and even threatened us.
We have given him so many opportunities to rectify this situation, and he has chosen to ignore us. Terrible customer service, terrible work!
Please do not hire this man and his company. They clearly do not know what they are doing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY or RON DAVIS! They will make appointments they cant keep even though the appointment was made weeks in advanced and confirmed just the day before. Not only did they not make the appointment with the time that CLS selected. They were totally rude about it too. Exact words from email they replied back when I voiced my opinion about how they missed their appointment…“Your not the ‘only’ potential business in town. I wasted my time with your dad over two ‘months’ ago and never heard from you… its unfortunate that you have no patience.” — Ron Davis.
Great way to do business! If this is any indication on how you do business… I am glad you missed the scheduled appointment!
