Horrible horrible and did I say horrible? I will never come back again. Everytime I have ordered here in the past, they mess up. Can’t match number on table to receipt, people waiting in line complaining and returning items, bringing out fries instead of zucchini. Last straw was when I ordered guacamole bacon burger and the bacon was completely raw!!! Disgusting! Do u want people to get sick and file a law suit??? Get it together! Manager very rude also. Skip this place for your sanity and health…

I try to not review fast food restaurants because well, they are fast food. However, I just spent 35 minutes in my car at this Carl’s jr. The lady at the drive thru told me to wait out front while my biscuits were finishing. No problem. 15 minutes later I figured they forgot about me. I go inside, the lady immediately recognizes me and tells me they gave my order to someone else. No apology no offer of any sort of reimbursement. I go out to my car and wait another 10 minutes with a screaming child in the back waiting for them to bring me my breakfast. So much for fast food.

This Carls Jr is close to home, the service has always been pretty good. Food is usually yummy. My favorite is the western bacon cheeseburger with criss cut fries. There is usually not a long wait in the drive through either.

Two times now I have ordered regular all natural burgers and been given the nasty all natural MUSHROOM burger. I’m not sure how they get that confused. First time I let it go, but tonight was just really irritating. Paying $ 6 for a drive thru burger the least you can do is get the order correct.

Went through the drive thru at 8:00 last night. I ordered 1⁄3 pound Mile High Bacon burger and then drove 10 miles home to Wilton. When I opened the box, I was greeted with a nasty surprise. My anticipated Mile High Bacon Burger turned out to be the world’s poorest-​constructed Western bacon cheeseburger. It was the skimpiest thing you’ve ever seen, please see accompanying pictures. There was less than a tablespoon of barbecue sauce on the entire burger, which was a dry, tasteless mess. The burger couldn’t have been constructed with less care, (the bacon was a joke) and it wasn’t what I even ordered! If you ever go through the drive-​thru, I recommend that you open and inspect every sealed item before you go home and are disappointed.

Went through the drive through at 11am and I was 3rd in line and was out in less than 5 min. I’m sure it would probably be slower once it was the real lunch time rush.

No Green Burrito? Durn. I wanted to use my coupon.
I went to the restroom, exited, and found that there was a line. I talked to the woman in front of me, and she was grumbling about the line at Chipotle, and this one wasn’t much better.
It took a while to get to the cash register, and without a Green Burrito menu, I had to think a bit more. Durn. I hate thinking when I’m hungry.
I ordered a combo 1 meal and I always think that they could use the smaller sandwiches from the Hardee’s menu – or the Mushroom Swiss Burger.
I waited and watched as the meals came out slowly from the kitchen. I didn’t count the minutes but it took too long without being horribly long.
The food was fairly good, but not amazing.
