Care Wear Uniforms

I’m never disappointed when I go through this company! I hardly write reviews but feel like they deserve to be recognized. They went above and beyond for my dental Staff and myself. We all personally love the grey anatomy or koi scrubs. They are so friendly and make sure all your questions are asked before leaving. I’d highly recommend them! And they just started carrying UGGs! Thanks for ur continued service. You have a great team!

I was searching for a specific shoe by Alegria. I phoned the store, spoke with Marlene (who was very pleasant), and she notified me that the model and size I was searching for was in stock. I was super excited! The store itself is located in an industrial area, kinda in the middle of nowhere (hooray for GPS). The inside is decently sized and offers a wide variety of trendy merchandise! Per other Unilocal reviews, I will agree that myself and a FedEx driver had to wait several minutes before being helped. Aside from that, I left with happy feets. I’d definitely return! :)

If I could slice that 1 star any less, I would.
Not for the quality, but for the customer service. Horrible.
I had a large special order.
1. It was delivered in a plastic bag. Like the WalMart plastic bag type.
2. I was never informed I was missing something on my uniform. I found out, called in, they agreed to refund for that portion. I was satisfied.
3. Check never came. I called in again only to find out Marlene the owner had canceled it because «the computer said all components were on the uniform». So… what was the point of the 1rst call… They requested I drive and show it.
4. I drove 25 miles with 1 uniform, waited an entire 30 minutes, went through 3 customer representives plus the owner only to find out on top of everything — I’ve been overcharged too.
I repeat once again that it’s not the $ that matters, but that I didn’t appreciate their customer service. Never even got a single sorry.

I placed an order online on ¹⁰⁄₂₃ for scrubs. Today, 11/​5, I emailed them asking where my order was since I had not heard anything since my last email from them on ¹⁰⁄₂₄ saying my order was awaiting shipment. All I get in response to my inquiry today was the USPS tracking number from Sara. No apology or even an explanation as to why my order had not shipped! I have ordered scrubs from them before. I won’t be ordering again. I would rather pay full price for Koi scrubs than to order from them. If they didn’t have the scrubs in stock, then just a simple email updating me would have been nice.

I just left care wear, I had previously visited their location in Folsom where I had an excellent customer service experience. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case this time, my husband and I were in the store for about 15 minutes and we didn’t see a single sales associate. I was looking for maternity scrubs which I was unable to find (not sure if that was bc they don’t carry them or that I was just was unable to find them). They still have a great selection of apparel and work shoes but I’m not sure if I’ll be back. I don’t have time to sit around and wait to see if someone will show up to assist me.

It was the first time I came to this place and the owner will help u until u find what u need;)!!! If u are looking for scrubs this is the place to go! Excellent customer service!:)

They have a better-​than-​average selection of scrubs for men. The environment is very nice. And the girl that works there is so hot and so nice. Why wouldn’t I go there?
