CAB is is an indoor facility (about the size of a small airplane hangar) located in a sports complex in Rancho Cordova. It’s well equipped for the training sessions. However, this review is mainly of Nik Edmondson. He trains the players at CAB. I have two of my sons enrolled in Nik’s classes and absolutely love it. His approach to the game and ability to get through to the kids as well as the subtle leesons on the mental aspects of the game is invaluable.
