Spring Street Cleaners

I moved here from NYC a year ago and was convinced I would be lugging my dry cleaning to NYC after using the dry cleaner by the Ramsey Train station. Waiting a week for my suits to be cleaned had me shopping for more work clothes right after buying a house.
I found Spring Street Cleaners on the internet advertising same day cleaners and thought oh yeah just like the place at the train station that really does not do that but advertises they do.
Plus the one at the train station if you misplace the ticket when you come 3 days later, it takes the person 15 minutes to figure out what you have and then when I check at home pieces are missing.
Well Spring Street is actually 100% better than ANY same day I used in the 18 years living in NYC (many different neighborhoods). The owner is the most polite gentlemen I deal with all day long. I drop off by 10 am and have come in at 3:30 to find ALL my clothes and my husbands washable shirts done perfectly and reasonably.
We travel for work and sometimes realize our favorite outfit for an out of town meeting is not clean the day before and this place ALWAYS pulls it off. NEVER in the 12 months since I have used them have they misplaced an item or not given same day all my items. I NEVER have a ticket and they pull it up on their efficient computer system immediately and do not even ask who I am when I come in to drop off or deliver. As I rush to work I just drop it and run no need to wait. I know that they have my credit card and will process same day every time.
This is the BEST DRY CLEANER ANYWHERE HANDS DOWN!!!

Expensive & irresponsible. Lost 2 of my new trousers, refused to compensate, demanded to see receipt. Founded after hard search, only received 80%.
Have since used several other dry cleaners in our area, all better service & price.

Professional staff, exceptional cleaning and tailoring, always an satisfying experience. I have been going to this cleaners for years and the service is always very accommodating, even same day service. Definitely the best dry cleaners in the area.

Pricey shirts, 2 stars for location convenience and fast service.
