Worst expierenece! Manager does the worst manicure ever. Made me wait an hour then took an hour to do my nails and they came out awful. Understaffed and over priced. Wasted a beautiful day getting really frustrated.

This nail salon is yet, the best nail salon I’ve been to. Everyone is so friendly here and the customer service is great. I always get my gel manicure here and I love it! The environment is also very relaxing and super clean. The pricing is reasonable as well.
I definitely recommend this place!

What can I say! I’ve been coming here for over 8 years and I couldn’t be happier. I always get a gel manicure and a variety of pedicures and the quality of each service is great and most importantly consistent. They are super friendly, extremely clean, and provide a relaxing environment. I have since moved away from the area and now travel over 40 minutes just to come get my nails done at Galaxy. I’ve tried other places and the service is just not the same. My nails are very important to me so I appreciate a good one when I can get it, which is why I come here. I definitely recommend trying Galaxy — you will become a loyal customer!

Ok so I’ve been coming to Galaxy Nails for about 6 years and I have seen a gradual decline and degradation in their service. The last time I went there was this week. I asked for a gel manicure. The woman was taking a long time and I wrote it off as her being thorough and meticulous. After 30 minutes she started to put the first coat of polish on. After drying the nails and about to put the second gel coat on, we realize the nail polish is drying wrinkled. And I call the owner over (customer of 6 years mind you) and she tells me that the second coat will fix that. I told her I don’t want a gel manicure with old or poor quality nail polish. So I asked for them to take it off completely. I spent over 45 minutes at the salon and had nothing to show for it. I didn’t have time to even get a regular manicure after that. As I was leaving, I waited for an apology from the owner since my sister and I have been going there for such a long time– nothing. She didn’t say a word. Didn’t offer a complimentary manicure next time– absolutely nothing. That’s not how you treat customers who have been supporting your business for nearly 7 years. I definitely won’t be going back.

This place is so efficient and friendly! I was in a time crunch and they managed to do my pedicure, take off my gel manicure and did a manicure and left me with 5 minutes to spare. Great price as well :)

I came here through a groupon and the actual mani/​pedi was great and the lady doing my nails was very kind. I give her 5 stars.
I docked this place a star because I was reminded that the tip was on the total more than once. I was graciously going to give more than customary because I did like my nails. I read the groupon fine print. I don’t need to be reminded. That was a bit uncomfortable. Please don’t say this to other groupon buyers. It just makes things weird.
