Why does it feel like I’m buying a used car from these people? What a terrible experience! Make sure you stay on top of them and their promises. Or, if you are actually looking to get the tile you want within a reasonable time frame, drive a mile away to Wayne Tile.

Fuda Tile is the best!!! Ask for Laura she is so knowledgable and her design skills are ridiculously good! I explained to her what I envisioned and she ran all over the store collecting sample tiles for me to see. She put together 2 of my bathrooms and they are beautiful I wouldn’t change a thing. I would recommend Fuda and Laura to all my friends and anyone who is re-​doing a bathroom or their kitchen.

My wife ordered tile for our new bathroom on a Monday. On Wednesday, the store called us to tell us the tile would be ready for pick up on Saturday.
On the following Monday, when our workers were waiting to do the work in our bathroom, my wife had to call the store because the tile wasn’t there. They never called us back about when the tile would actually be there.
On Tuesday, when we finally got the owner on the phone, and when our workers had now been idle for two paid days, the owner told me that my wife was never told the tile would be ready, and refused to make good on any of the costly delays we had incurred due to the store.
At the time of this writing, we are the FOURTH one-​star review for FUDA on Unilocal.
Heed the warning of the previous posters– stay AWAY from FUDA.

I was looking for a specific tile and faxed over what I needed. For five days I called daily to ask if anyone could come back to me on that list. They never did.
