AT&T Authorized Retailer

I lost my iPhone 5 which i was only half way through my contract and i had insurance. The day I went into this att store they told me they were giving away tablets. Nothing is ever free. They made me believe its an old version, need room for new ones, etc… No strings, I asked several times. They were very/​too friendly, chatty. Now i know why omg! I’m feeling stupid Because i walked out paying nothing, not even the deductible that was supposedly waived but they never used. I never really noticed the $ 10 a month for the Tablet, so I call At&t directly and asked, they were so sorry. NOT…but the buyers remorse was over. Made me believe nothing i can do about that. Today I find out Not only do I not have a contract but I am on a payment plan for this phone. I cannot wait to go see the real ATT pay in full get some credit on that stupid tablet, report these creeps. I’m the idiot for letting them advantage of me so badly. Every dog has their day :)))) That was almost a year ago and that tablet is still in the box. i have 2 iPads, a mini and a surface. Why in the world would I want another tablet with a contract & $ 10 a month

Not impressed, at all, with the manager «Billy» who told a teenager looking at phones that every time he comes in and doesn’t buy something it affects his bonus. He basically asked the teen, who was trying to buy an iPhone, to leave ! My mother and i were so appalled and embarrassed. Should have said something then and there, poor kid.
