Great group of guys.. .super friendly with no attitude!

I was helping a friend who’s house had recently flooded due to heavy rain fall. After the renovation was completed we had another heavy rain and needed a sump pump. I rented one from Mr. Piva who had exactly what she needed and was very helpful!

We’ve used Piva rental on multiple occasions and have always been impressed. Jim has been a mainstay of the Ramona community for years and donates his time and resources to numerous committees and charitable endeavors without hesitation.
Piva Equipment Rental is closed on Sundays so if you get a rental on Saturday you basically get a free day of use before having to return on Monday. It’s a great benefit that we’ve personally utilized on multiple occasions.
The Piva customer service though is really what sets the place apart from other similar rental businesses in Ramona, Poway or Escondido. Jim and his wife Melanie are just genuinely nice people who CARE about their customers and it’s been an honor to get to know them socially and earn their friendship.

The Piva’s are great people who provide a great service to Ramona. We’ve rented equipment here and will continue to! They also have propane and they are right in the center of town.

A local business with great service. They have a real nice kid that works in the yard and always helps you. Whether you are buying propane or renting equiptment I always go to this place.

I called every rental place in Escondido and Ramona. Everyone charge the same amount give or take a few dollars, but what sealed the deal with Piva was their customer service. They were so genuine and just plain nice. This was the type of service that you don’t see too often, but when you get it you feel all warm and fuzzy.
The machinery was in great condition and dropped off and picked up on time.
