If I had small kids I would take them here to get a tree. This past Sunday, four adults and three little ones(one of them only eleven months) came out here to get a tree. Our daughter had snagged a $ 5 off coupon somewhere, and she liked the other activities offered at this facility. As far as the four and six year-olds were concerned, the activities themselves would have been worth it. There were pony rides among the trees($ 5), a small petting zoo($ 5), as well as two bouncy houses, cookie and ornament decorating(free) and a few other things. An added bonus was that Santa showed up and we wound up being able to take great photographs of the grandkids with him without having to pay for it!(–Unlike at the malls now-a-days…) The trees-to-cut were a bit of a disappointment, but the pre-cut trees were quite nice. We were able to find a decent one for around $ 68, though the majority seemed to be in the $ 87 range.

Worth the drive. ample help from very willing and polite young men. The trees are healthy and beautiful. There were a couple bouncy houses, A Petting zoo, Pony Ride and an activity table with attendants for the kiddos and Santa was there for pictures. Free apple cider. hot or cold and a little gift shop. There is a large selection of pre-cut trees… all sitting in water. as well as potted trees and trees to cut. We chose a 15 foot tall beauty .We wil be back here next year too!

Great tree shopping experience! Staff was friendly, attentative and fast. its a cool spot with some fun activities for little ones. They had santa, petting zoo, pony rides, bouncy house, crafts and even a cute little shop with home made gifts. i got a pre cut tree rather than a living tree or cut your own. good selection of trees. Pricing is average.

Came out this weekend to get a Christmas tree with the family and got a giant! Everyone was helpful, we ended up cutting one down with the help of the guys there. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped load the giant into he truck! Thanks to everyone there for making it a great experience!

Worth the drive out to Ramona. The kids had a great time. We found the perfect size Douglas Fir. They offer to shake it out, net it and drill holes for you. $ 2 extra for each, but totally worth it! Great selection of cut your own for $ 8 a foot or precut trees. Nice employees! There’s even a little section for kids to ride reindeers(horses/ponies) and a petting zoo. Each for $ 5. Free jump house, bean bag toss, cookies, ornament making and Santa picture station. Recommend you come sooner than later so you can enjoy your tree for the holidays.

First, I’ll say the staff is very friendly and helpful. I believe there is a bit of false advertising going on here. After visiting their website I drove 30 miles to cut down a tree. I was told the trees cost $ 8 a foot. When I arrived, the selection of trees to cut was very poor. The trees to cut yourself were in poor condition and there weren’t many to choose from. They were either dried out, poorly shaped or over 10′ tall. I arrived on their third day of sales for the season and was the first person to arrive. They did have a wonderful selection of precut trees which were much more expensive than $ 8 a foot. I paid $ 84 for a tree marked 6 – 7 feet. To make matters worse, they charged me $ 2 each for shaking and netting the tree. I’ve never been to a tree farm that charged for those services. The photo of their trees on the website is misleading. I could have driven to a farm much closer to home to buy a precut tree. I was very disappointed.

Okay tree farm, with friendly staff, but limited selection of trees if you do not get there at opening time. They have a cut-your-own tree lot, in addition to pre-cut trees, but those live trees are limited and not of a variety chosen by many for Christmas trees. Perhaps a viable option if this is close to you, and you go early in the day. Otherwise, there are better options.

Just got home with my tree and put it up. Couldn’t be happier. It took just under an hour to get to the place, but I’m glad we went. The service was great; the employees greeted us when we arrived and pointed us the direction to the potted Christmas trees. No hard sell at all. They were very patient with me and the kids, and didn’t mind the kids playing hide-and-seek in the grove. We arrived home at the same time as my wife and she was exceptionally pleased with the quality of the tree. Our plan is to plant the tree at the bottom of the property when we’re done. I can certainly see us returning next year for another tree.

I went to this Christmas tree farm today to start a new family tradition. It was everything I hoped it would be for my family. We were warmly greeted by the staff and my kids played some games and decorated ornaments. We wondered the grounds and then found a great tree. The staff were very helpful assisting us cutting it down and carrying it to be shaken and netted. My kids then went for pony rides(extra $ 5 each), but the smiles on their faces made it worth every cent. I plan on going back every year. Great new holiday memory for the family.

Best kept secret in So Cal: The first thing you will notice is the strong pine scent overwhelming the outdoor air all around you… seriously, this is the most amazing thing because I’ve been in evergreen forests that don’t smell this good!!! We ended up with a nearly 10 foot tree that is filling our entire house with a lovely pine scent for $ 75 and our sons were able to cut it down… such fun memories made! This Christmas tree farm is family owned and operated — as in the owners are actually there to service you every day — pretty amazing and old fashioned — we love that! They offer a wide variety of live potted trees(up to 8′ high, $ 30 – 80), cut-your-own trees(up to 14′ high, $ 7.50/ft), and pre-cut trees shipped fresh daily from Oregon(up to 12′ high, $ 40 – 90). They charge $ 2 to shake the needles off the tree and another $ 2 to net the tree, both are optional services. Tree varieties are listed on their website. The farm offers an entire holiday experience for young children including pony rides($ 5), FREE handmade ornaments(wood slices with ribbons), FREE hay maze, FREE cookies & apple cider, FREE bounce house(weekends only), and FREE bean bag toss. SANTA is there from 12−4pm on most weekends for a FREE photo opp! Adults will enjoy the craft shop filled with handmade goodies priced to sell($ 2 hand-painted ornaments to $ 15 wooden holiday yard décor). GOODTOKNOWBEFOREYOUGO: You will be walking through dusty dirt and likely will get sap on your clothes(read: lots of dust in the air & sap does not come off… ever…seriously); make sure to wear play clothes with closed toe shoes for adults and children alike! Likewise, your vehicle doesn’t like sap either and you should bring 1 – 2 old blankets to cover the roof before placing the tree. If you plan to cut your own tree down, be sure to bring a pair of leather gloves and wear a long sleeve shirt(fresh pine is prickly and can irritate the skin). If you don’t like surprises, take a tape measure with you to estimate how much your cut-your-own tree will cost. Twine or bungee cords to hold your tree down to your vehicle. TAKECASH: a $ 100 bill should take care of just about any size tree you’d like to buy, the tip for the guys who help you with carrying/loading, and even a knick knack or two from the very cool craft shop. They accept visa & mastercard but it’s a small business and credit card companies charge huge transaction fees, the best way to show your support and keep cool businesses like this alive and well is to pay in cash and cut down their overhead! Show some love for the few remaining cut-your-own Xmas tree farms in SoCal. As their way of saying thanks to you, they provide a $ 5 off coupon on their website so be sure to print that out and bring it along(it is good on any purchase, including the craft shop)! YOURVISIT: When you arrive, you pull in and park your car in the dirt lot. On the right are the cut-your-own trees in the 8 – 10′ height range. To the left are the potted live trees. Straight ahead to the very back center are the cut-your-own trees in the 5 – 7′ height range. On the left and set back beyond the potted trees are the larges of the trees in the 12 – 14′ height range. Simply walk through the farm and find the tree you want, then proceed back to the«shaking & netting» area to have the very friendly employees follow you back to your tree. They provide the saw and take the tree measurement at this time. They will allow you to cut the tree while they hold it or they will cut the tree for you. Then they will carry it back to the«shaking & netting» area if you would like those services, otherwise they will carry it to your vehicle and load it for you after you have taken the tag they give you to pay for the tree inside the craft shop behind the netting station. They can NOT tie it down for you; most places will not due to liability issues in case it causes an accident from being improperly secured or causes damage to the vehicle. Drive off and relish in the awesome amount of money you saved on probably the biggest and best, definitely the most highly fragrant, tree you’ve ever had for the holidays! :-)
