DONTNOTGOTOANYJACKINTHEBOX! Especially this one. I had an issue with a lady by the name of Samantha Edwards. She was working the drive thru when I decided after a very stressful day to grab some food. Now it’s around 12am, I’m starving and I’ve had a bad day. I get up to the ordering portion and began my order. Samantha E. Told me before I was done with my order, I’ll have your total at the window and didn’t relay my order correctly nor asked«will that complete your order» I asked her if she got the drink she didn’t relay and she said yes I’ll have your total at the window. Me being upset as is was like okay whatever I’ll just ask for it at the window. To me that never bothers me to much so I wasn’t too upset about that. I ask for the 2 bacon burgers in which I didn’t get a chance to order and she seemed like I had inconvenience her to biggest extent and seemed upset about it. I get handed 2 bags and a drink, she walked away without say anything. I looked through the bags to see if that was my complete order or if there were more bags since she didn’t say anything to me after handing me the bags. I checked the bags and the two bacon burgers I had ordered were just hamburgers. She came up to window again and very rudely asks can I help you? I told her that the burgers I got weren’t correct. She looked at me and said can you go through the drive thru again, I need to take care of the customer behind you. I said I’ll just come in and get it. She said«our dinning area is closed can you go through the drive thru again». I said, «could you bring it out to me possibly.» And very rudely she said, «no can you go through the drive thru again» at this point I was very upset so I politely asked«is there a manger here or someone in charge» SHELIEDANDSAID, «no it’s only me here, can you go through the drive thru» I finally gave in. I went back through the drive through after spending 30minutes already in it, spent another 15 minutes just to get my full freaking order. I tried to call the guest relations number and hey guess what! It’s an automation that just repeats«go to our site to write a letter» if I wanted to write a letter I would have but I’m trying to talk to an actual person to get my huge issue solved. I will not go to ANY Jack In The Box ever again, purely because I cannot reach someone when I have a problem! WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE.

Morons. Can’t get an order right to save their lives. Ordered a number fifteen, put a number sixteen on the order screen. Told them it was wrong and they corrected it. Got home, it was wrong.

I might rate this place higher if they could ever get my order right. I generally go through the drive thru for ease of feeding Wee One at home, and they mess up my order every time. I order chicken sandwiches, they give me beef. I order coke, I get dr pepper. I order chicken nuggets and they are burned to a crisp every time, but since W.O. doesn’t eat beef, we always end up having to get burnt nuggets. The parking lot seems to be a hangout for all of the homeless and/or scary people I was unaware Ramona had. The milk shakes are awesome though.

I considered one star but I have to temper my review with my expectations. When I go to fast food joints I know to expect subpar food and sub-intelligent servers but I will not accept rudeness and ignorance. I worked fast food as a youngster(14 – 15) and I know how bad it can be, I know that very, very few people working there are going to consider a career there. However, even way back then the corporations had training manuals and even some videos later on that taught EVERYTHING you needed to know about how to do your job. From dressing to clocking in, cleaning tables to cooking fries and most of all, this is my point(drumroll please) how to be polite and courteous to the guests. Without guests there is no business. Now I understand what this place is and what it offers and I also am very familiar with the target audience. I very rarely eat fast food but once in a while I need to be reminded why I don’t :-) JIB, you gotta keep your employees trained to be courteous or you’ll end up losing out in the long run. I, for one, care that I am treated with just the minimal respect as a paying customer. I, for one, care that the staff understands how to process a coupon and how to return change from $ 6. People: if you make a mistake, own it, apologize and get it right the next time. BTW, that ranch chicken sandwich was about the size of a silver dollar. I’m still hungry!!!

This Jack in the Box is within easy walking distance to my work. That is why I usually patronize the place a couple times a month. I have been coming here for quite a while and while I don’t usually write reviews about fast food restaurants(we all know what we’re gonna get for the most part) I had to go ahead and do it this time because there is a persistent problem here is that it’s becoming much much worse. For a long time there have been a greater than the average number of flies present in this restaurant just about any time you go. I usually sit somewhere in the middle to limit exposure. That is usually enough to minimalize the influence. Today I went and there were roughly 10 times as many flies as normal. I’m not going to pretend to know what the problem is although it couldn’t hurt to replace the front door which does not seal for starters. This is a much older than average fast food building so there may also be other problems. At least 20 times during my visit I had to swat flies away from my food and another several times flies were just landing and sitting on me . I’d like to note that service was excellent during my visit and the employees here are always great. This issue is not something employees can handle it is a management issue and management has been derelict in their responsibilities in this case. This issue absolutely has to be fixed and I’m not coming back until it does.

I have never had good customer service here. Especially the really small older lady, she has always been beyond rude. But the lady couple times we have gone through the drive through Margaret has been the one to help us and she has delivered above and beyond great customer service. She is always friendly and always makes sure we have everything we need. Please hire more employees like Margaret and less like that grumpy little lady!

Hard to rate this place with the 1 to 5 star rating that covers everything. We ate here yesterday. We have eaten here before but quit 6 months ago when a man was in the lady’s restroom and we noticed free drinks were allowed for people that walked in with their own cups and empty 20 ounce coke bottles, and yet the rest of us were having to pay. We were hoping that things had improved. As for yesterday’s visit, I would have to say that the food was 4-star and the service was 5-star. Our complaint is still with the people that walk in from the alley just to use the bathroom and then go through the trash. Also, a man walked in just to preach to us, while we were eating. When I am at church listening to the sermon, I am not eating a meal. When I am eating a meal, I don’t want to be preached at. We won’t be going back to this location again.

OK, the new menu is a huge joke!!! The new buns suck as much as the sour dough… only choices. They no longer have red onions and the seasoning is way over powering. The also got rid of my go to salad… The chicken for my sandwich was like a huge chicken nugget… wth??? I don’t know what they were thinking!!! Tonight was the worst experience ever!!! One lady was doing all the orders at the front and the drive thru while two young men just stood around doing nothing… really??? Our order was so jacked up that we got a lot free and some discounts… the lady apologized at least a dozen times for the wait, the crappy buns, not having my salad, and for all the items we received that were wrong. If she was the manager, she was great, the other staff obviously need to be retrained or learn how to read English!!! JITB use to be my go to place… guess its Wendy’s now…

Most unexpected experience here at jack in the box, I hold jack in the box high standards due to their fast timing and good customer service in all the locations I’ve been to, except for here, except this location I was very unpleasantly surprised how unprofessional they were, I was the ONLY customer in drive thru, and I only ordered one hamburger, I asked for extra cheese and I seen the lady look weirded out about my simple request. She took so long to make my hamburger, I almost left, there was only 3 people working, and 1 was the cook, all females, but the one who handed my food apologized for the weight and sighed and made a statement as if they always lag here… Which made me feel like I’d never come back to this location, poorly managed, the cook and the other girl were taking their sweet time talking about nonsense, I definitely would go else where besides this location, very disappointed I really enjoy jack in the box but makes me think twice of spending my money just for there fact that they could not even take the extra second to even wrap my hamburger, they just threw it in a box and placed it on the bag.

With my companion having a hankering for the food of this chain restaurant the day after New Year’s Day, we stopped here since we were in the area anyway. He really wanted a burger, as I think he was experiencing a hangover. At the last second of ordering the burger, I decided to get a small order of french fries. Within a few minutes, we had food in hand(in a bag to go). I immediately opened the bag to get at, what I hoped to be, hot and fresh french fries. However, it was not to be — they were luke warm at best. I ate a few and then quit. My companion enjoyed his burger for what it was — expectedly mediocre. Is it really so difficult to serve fresh, HOT french fries?

Came in on the way out of town for Thanksgiving to get the youngest some pancakes. Friendly and quick. Sorry they were open on a Holiday though… hope they get off in time to enjoy family.

The customer service is hit or miss here it is a jack in the box after all so I never have high standards. Only real issue with this place is the homeless I always feel uncomfortable if I eat inside. Usually a line of their carts outside and they take up most of the few tables in this place.

I don’t know which Jack in The Box the haters here have been visiting, but I like this location a lot. It’s not the best Jack in The Box, but it is open 24 hours a day. They never screw up my order. I can’t even remember ever being mad at this place.(And I eat here A LOT!) I do not like eating inside the restaurant, it’s dirty, but I like taking stuff to go. The location is superb and I love how they are always rotating the special for the month.

This is the second time I have been in this particular franchise and they have had no toilet paper. This time it was both no toilet paper and no paper towels. Someone had gotten into the towel dispenser and set it on the floor by the toilet. Yuck!

I hate to be negative but this is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to in the entire country. The absolute rudest people work here. I have never felt so disrespected in a drive through. I work late nights and wish I could stop at Jack in the Box for a snack on my way home but the service alone stops me. I’d rather be hungry than take food from those people.

I lived in ramona for a few years growing up and this was THE hangout. Lol! But, I’m sorry to say, the other day I was informed of a group of four males taking turn ggoing in to the bathroom to take turns hitting the meth pipe! Thankfully someone called the police but that stuff lingers in the walls, ac etc. Never will I return!

They are fast for always having business, and friendly all the time. But I hate to say they have never really made a decent rootbeer float :( It’s so simple… maybe one day during rootbeer float training someone will take it seriously :) On another occasion I went for coffee and asked for vanilla flavored hot coffee(as if I was at Starbucks or something). The girl was very polite in telling me they only offered Iced flavored coffee but she was willing to put a few syrup pumps in my hot coffee. That was very kind of her to offer and go out of her way to try and accommodate me and my silly order. Next time I will read the menu and not assume every place is the same.

I actually hit this Jack’s twice yesterday. We were on our way to a football game in Borrego, and stopped for a couple of burgers and drinks. No issues, and the drive through service was quick and painless. The person taking the order actually listened to us and got it right the first time! If the review was based on on this experience alone, I would give 4 stars. However… We stopped on the way home, around midnight. We pulled up to the speaker, and the girl said«Can you please wait a second?» We said sure, and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, my husband said«Hello?» To which she answered: «Can you Puleeze just wait a minute?» We waited some more, and she finally came on and took our order. All we wanted was 2 ice teas, and an order of 5 churros. It took 4 verbal exchanges before she had it right. We finally pulled up to the window, and waited some more. By the time we finally received our drinks and food, we had been there over 15 minutes. Totally unacceptable!
