When I first moved here i had no complaints at all. If there was a maintenance problem it was fixed quickly. But then again I moved here 2008. At the present time it’s horrible!!! I have had work orders that were not completed and they actually had the nerve to say that it was completed(i.e. «lie to my face) caught them in the lie and they had to come. It took another week before things were fixed. As far as how the community is now, people leave a vehicle in the parking lot and leave it here. They don’t stay here and nothing is done unless you make a call about it. Some of the people that they even let stay here is questionable. Every day I come home from work I have to try and find a parking space in my complex. They have gotten so that some people here have up to eight people staying in a one bedroom apartment and have four or five vehicles occupying spaces of those who actually pay and lease at this place. I am counting down to when I find a better place to stay. Honestly it should be 0 stars as this place has went to crap.

So an update: I have found that if you are able to get your issue in front of the manager, Lari Waskey, it is taken care of promptly and politely. She has made sure that several issues have been addressed very quickly and I really appreciate it!
