Not impressed with their customer service today. I purchased a gift card and then attempted to return it almost immediately, but was turned away. My first experience and more than likely my last with this retail chain.

An upscale boutique for women featuring clothing, jewelry, accessories, and shoes, with a(you guessed it) primarily black-and-white theme. Yes, nearly everything in this store is white, black, or both, with the occasional accent in red or pink. The offerings are pricey, but everything I’ve purchased has been extremely well-made, and the clothing is more classic than trendy, so these are pieces you can wear for years. This particular store is a bit smaller than most others I’ve visited, but they seem to have the same number of items. It’s not cramped, but the racks just aren’t spaced out as far, and there are fewer«table» displays vs. wall racks. The ladies who work here are friendly, love to chat about special events you may be shopping for, and will happily bring you a different size if you need one. Some may find their form of «upselling» a bit pushy– they will bring you(often without request) shoes, jackets, or jewelry that complements items you’ve chosen to try on– but it honestly seems well-intentioned and shows their knowledge of their merchandise. Their inventory turns over quickly, so you can often wait and pick up a desired piece once it’s been marked down, or just stop in to peruse the sale rack if you can’t afford to splurge here often. I really love this store for special occasions, and have found the perfect dresses for holidays, big nights out, even my ten-year high school reunion. Thanks to Erin in particular, and the rest of the ladies of WHBM Crabtree, for never looking down their noses even when I come in looking like the kind of slob who’s probably not going to buy a thing!
