What a WONDERFULDEALER! Out of 10+ dealers visited this was the first and only one treated us with respect and professionalism. I can’t say enough about good we felt about our buying experience.

Despite the other reviews for this service dealer, I didn’t have any similar incidents. My wife and I found the service staff to be quite friendly & courteous upon our arrival. Their attention was prompt and to the point. Our service coordinator listened and explained services offered. By default, we obtained basic service; unfortunately, this location is not equipped to perform any body or detail servicing. Our vehicle was purchased from another Volvo dealership that performed basic mileage service plus cleaning, body and detail work, if needed. For that the star rating was dropped to 2-star. On another note for other Volvo owners, if you didn’t purchase your vehicle from this specific location, be prepared to spend a minimal fee($ 8 per day and $ 0.45 per mile surcharge) to have a service loaner.

Terrible experience! Rude staff I just got back home from Weaver Brothers Volvo, and I want to share my experience. I have been searching for a newer model S60 R for a few months. The R model can be hard to find especially in the exterior/interior colors that you are looking for. I keep an eye out on craigslist and waiting for the right one to come along. Last week, I found that Weaver Brothers had a Red«R» with all of the goodies that I am looking for, so off to the dealership I went. When I arrived, I got out of my current«R» and went straight to the red one on the lot and began looking it over. The salesman came out to meet me and commented that I was already diving an «R», I replied that I was looking for a newer model. I did a careful visual inspection of the car and was pleased, so I asked if I could take it for a text drive, to which the salesman replied«do you intend to buy this car today». Now, I’m not one to say yes to a question like that without at least turning the ignition switch. I was next put off by this comment«Only an enthusiast will be interested in buying this car, so I don’t want to take people riding around in it if they aren’t going to buy it.» I drove to the dealership in a S60 R, so obviously I AM that enthusiast! After a quick drive down capitol blvd, I turned around and headed back to the dealership. I parked the car, handed the salesman the keys and said«do you have a business card?» his reply, «Why; do you think you want to buy this car?». I do want to buy a S60 R, but after my experience today, I’ll buy it elsewhere.
