Well, all the previous Unilocal reviews are right on the mark! Yes, you can get your watch battery replaced in a jiffy for $ 5. Yes, Larry the owner is a great guy and a character. Big time Clemson fan, he still did a great job for this Carolina grad. And yes, you should stop on by if you need a watch battery replaced, need a Citizens watch or other jewelry.

Found this store on Unilocal and from reading prior reviews went down to Wall’s to get a couple of watch batteries replaced.
Met Larry the owner and he got right to work on replacing the batteries. The price was $ 5 per watch. When we first moved here my wife had a battery replaced at a Kiosk in the mall and it was $ 20.
We have returned Wall’s and purchased some jewelry as well.
Larry is a great guy and treats his customers with respect.

Larry is the best. What a great guy. Got my 25 year old Seiko watch fixed for less than $ 50 bucks. I took it to another jeweler first and they wanted minimum $ 150.00. I am taking all my watches that need repair to Larry.

Believe what you read about this place. He is a super nice guy, will chat with you and provides great customer service. I even asked to have some links removed from my new watch and he would not take payment for it. I now have a jeweler in Raleigh.

I found out about Walls Jewelers on Unilocal.I live in Chapel Hill but had an appointment in Raleigh so I decided to try it out. I had several necklaces to repair, a bracelet, and a watch battery replacement. I was expecting to spend a pretty penny based on my prievious experience with jewelry stores.
When I first entered Walls, Larry greeted me with enthusiasm and a great smile. I showed him my jewelry and he gave me tips and fixed several on the spot. He is very knowledgeable about jewelry and likes to educate the customer on different kinds of jewelry. I spent a fraction of what I thought I would and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
What I appreciate about Larry is that he doesn’t gouge you with unnecessary fixes.
Walls Jewelers is now my go-​to spot for repairs and unique jewelry. I will make the trek here on a regular basis for this kind of service and professionalism!

Larry replaced batteries on two watches while I waited. He only charged me $ 5 per battery! Service was fast and super friendly.

I first discovered Larry six or seven years ago when I needed either some jewelry repaired, a watch battery replaced, or a watch band repaired. The first thing I noticed was the warm welcome I received. It just kept getting better after that. I would stay and chat with Larry about most anything under the sun and discovered that we have so much in common as far as our interests and lifestyles.
Although it has been at least two years since I last visited him, he remembered me right away. I cannot say enough nice things about this kind and generous man!

I second that comment on LARRY! He is absolutely top notch! Great store, honest, good and reliable service. I have gone to Walls for years. Larry takes time with you, answers any questions you may have and is always just as nice as can be!
