Therapeutic Royal Massage

Oh my goodness! I am in love. This is the first professional massage I have gotten so I don’t have much to compare to, but since going to this place, who needs to compare? My husband booked a couples massage for our anniversary. We were treated to a foot soak in a nice, soothing room. Then under some blankets for our massage. They started off slow, but they worked over my entire body. I left feeling so relaxed and at ease. They were very attentive to what preferred when it came to massages, as well as focusing time on trouble areas during the massage (I can recall the times they found knots and slowly worked them out) This place is great and the price for what we got was extremely reasonable!

Bought a Groupon and emailed to set up an appointment and within 24 hours I had an appointment set up for two days later. Then about 1 hour and a half before the appointment I received an email from Ashley stating there has been a change of therapist and Derrit would be my therapist. I was not happy to hear this as I prefer a massage by a woman, especially if I am going to a place for the first time. Upon reading the other reviews on Unilocal it seems that change of therapist seems to happen often. But regardless I kept my mild upsetness to myself and arrived for the massage with Derrit. The massage itself was wonderful, he has a slow and deliberate technique to the massage, and my back, neck and knees, actually my arms and everything feels great after this massage. I would have given five stars, but since I had the switch the therapist email, I’ll give four.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Only 4 stars though because of (as previously mentioned) how difficult it is to get in touch with them to book an appointment.

I bought the Living Social 60 min massage deal plus 1 for my husband as a gift. I booked a couples massage that conveniently happened to be Valentines Day and we were VERY happy with the service.
We both have had many massages-​some at very high end resorts/​spas around the country and I can say that this ranks as one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. Derrit was able to make my knots melt and used some neck and arm stretching techniques that I’ve never had before that really made me feel great.
My husband had Ashley and said his neck and back felt so much better after the service.
Both Derrit and Ashley are professional, have a friendly and relaxing demeanor, and are wonderful massage therapists. We will definitely be back.

This is my first time ive had a massage, yet I feel like it might have been the best! Even when I woke up the next day I felt my back wasn’t stiff and sore like it usually is, a few times a week. I got the hot stone massage. Perfect! I will be returning.

Best massage I ever could have asked for. This place exceeded all expectations! Derrit did a phenomenal job! I’m a hairstylist and my back gets over worked. Within 60 minutes I went to heaven, enjoyed the whole process that felt like ecstasy, and then came back down to earth with a perfect unknotted happy back! You have to give this place a fair shot, I’ve tried many massages before, but after 60 minutes here, I won’t go anywhere else!

Fabulous massage! Derritt did an amazing job. Very professional. He took the time to discuss my problem areas in advance, and then I could tell he really focused on them during the massage. I purchased a Groupon to receive a massage from this place. I scheduled an appointment with Ashley. A day or so before the massage, she called to move it to later time during the day, which I could not accomodate due to other items on my agenda. I was fine with rescheduling to another date and time so I did. Well a day or so before that appointment, I was called to see if I could move the appointment. In addition, I was scheduled with Derrick which I was very clear in my initial conversation that I wanted a female massage therapist. I talked with Ashley who said she would see if she could work something out to keep the appointment. Well, never heard back from Ashley. I called several times leaving a voicemail for Ashley because I wanted a refund at that point. Finally, I got a hold of Derrick who said for me to call Groupon to get a refund. He seemed very nice over the phone. Dealing with Ashley made me realize I will NEVER deal with a boutique massage business. I will stick with places like Massage Envy who will keep appointments on time, not reschedule me with people I specifically asked not to be scheduled with, etc.

Best massage i’ve ever had! Worked out all those tight muscles. Took my grandmother for her first massage every. She enjoyed it so much she fell asleep! Lol. She is already talking about going back. They were so gentle, kind and knowledgeable. You have to check them out!
