Taco Bell

The Cashier was extremely unfriendly, he did not greet, did not smile and never showed he was a live human. This visit to this store is the very first time in my life. As I said there was no greeting and the cashier didn’t say any word, he looked like he cant speak. I took my simple order which was only a cup of fountain drink, I said «thank you» to the cashier (he was male) but he did not reply either. By the way there was no rush environment to pretend he was busy on couldn’t hear me. My receipt says that the cashier’s name is Shanice H.

Nothing fancy to write about this location besides the reviews about the wait time in the drive thru weren’t my experience at all. My order was taken quickly and I was pulling off in 5 minutes or less. What I will say is that we all want our food made to order and hot so waiting a few extra minutes for fresh food is never an issue with me.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times, but I have to leave a review for this evening in particular. My boyfriend and I went through the drive though and the young lady at the window was truly wonderful. She was personable, friendly, and made me smile. I didn’t catch her name, but she was working around 4:20pm on December 2^nd (today). I hope she is recognized for her good work!

Every time I come to this location it takes close to 20 minutes in the drive through. They suck, go to a different location!

This place is kinda sad and dreary. Maybe it was partially because of the weather? The girl that rung me up was super quick, but it took kinda a long time to get my order. Whoever was on the assembly line was moving at snail speed.
I’m an avid taco bell lover, but the food here was kinda sad and the tortilla on my soft taco and bean burrito seemed like grey-​ish for some reason. They were also a little dried out. Shrug, I still love myself some cheap old taco bell. :)

It’s interesting to try the Taco Bell app to pre-​order your food. It… well, almost fails if you’re just going in to grab a couple of items. Sure the app lets you custom order your items but you can also do that in the Taco Bell itself. And since they don’t have warming lamps it almost defeats the purpose of getting it made in advance. If you’re ordering lots of food for a group then the app is pretty good at saving you some time.
This Taco Bell looks pretty good still from its remodeling a while back. The ‘hood hasn’t destroyed it. Yet. Even the bathroom looked clean. Bravo!

Taco Bell is a chain we’re all pretty familiar with, so I’m not sure how to review this location, except to say that they hardly ever screw up my order. I have been here numerous times, ordering for as many as 10 people at a a time, and only once have I had to stand at the counter and complain about missing items in my order. (When you’re spending over $ 40 at a Taco Bell, you almost EXPECT it to throw them for a loop, so I wasn’t that bothered by it as long as they provided the food with no argument, which they did).
I may be in the minority but ever since the «their beef isn’t REAL beef» scandal, I actually think their tacos are LESS satisfying. Sorry but it had to be said.
I rarely go inside the restaurant but when I do the bathrooms are cleanish and the condiment bar is fully stocked with sauces, napkins, etc.
