A bad attitude is not only turning away business, but it’s also helping customers decide where not to spend their hard earned $$. Took my family to the food court at Crabtree to get a quick lunch between church and going to the studio. Stopped at Subway and the young lady there scowled at my family and said, sharply, «We’re not open yet» and when we didn’t IMMEDIATELY turn around and walk away she got louder and nastier with it «WE’RENOTOPENYET!!!» I watched her do this with a handful of other potential customers as well. The funny part(not funny ha-ha) of this was the people who were turned away, who were going to spend their money at Subway, ended up spending their money somewhere else. Other restaurants in the food court were very eager to serve us.
