This place is the worst. They make all these guarantees and then when they fell through on what they guaranteed, they said «Well no one can really guarantee that». Waste of money and very dishonest company.

Been over a year since I had a treatment, I had 0 re-​growth, more than 98% of the hair is gone, what is left if super thin so far in between easily missed. Completely satisfied and happy as can be, thank you Sōna.

Don’t get suckered into their laser hair «deals.» They claim 50% off, but don’t publicize their prices. I should have known it was a rip-​off with their gimmicky hour-​long sales pitch when I signed up.
I had a year-​long laser hair package for underarms and bikini and paid almost $ 3000. Not worth it at all! The machine looked old and clunky, pieces would fall off routinely on every appointment, and it hurt like hell! I’ve since been to two other places with better lasers and had much better results (on new areas as well as underarm and bikini) with little/​no pain.
Overall, this place is completely overpriced and uses an old, ineffective laser. Don’t waste your money!

I’ve been going to the North Raleigh location for several months now for a variety of facial treatments and have been fully satisfied with everything I’ve had done. I never have to wait long, the staff there is very informative and upbeat and I’ve always been happy with the results. Great experience.

Ehh… so my hair removal process has not resulted in all they claim on their radio ads, but that might just be me. I’ve had one friend who has had 100% hair reduction results with them. I’ll try to keep this review to strictly how they are as a business. Some incidences that have irked me:
–Them being 20 minutes late to call me back without recieving any acknowledgement that they were running late, or an explanation as to why.
–Blindsided by one girl who said, «I make all of my clients buy the soothing gel», having her hand it to me, and then paying something ridiculous for it as I left. I didn’t know what had hit me
But there are some good people there. Natalie is really good at distracting you as you get treatments, (which feel as though a rubber band is smacked against your skin) and theres another girl with dark long hair (i forget her name), who was also great. Stick with the brunettes– not the blondes.
I think that when they have specials, they have the best prices in the area. In exchange, their service is at times so so.
