Got a call from Jackie today as a reminder that bill was due, with a late fee of $ 39.00. I explained to her that I had changed my card in the system (which I’m sure she can clearly see) as she nor any staff are allowed to take card payments over the phone (trust issue by company with employees?) She explained that her co-​worker had called my as a reminder on November 3^rd, which is not true because I have a call log of all transactions. That call was not placed by her company. She responded that it didn’t matter if that call was placed or not, it was only a courtesy call. I have been using this current storage area for over 4 years. The current payment is 273.00! Outrageous and keeps going up as a reward for longevity. On top of that, if I didn’t pay this payment today, the price would go up again. I explained that I was not near a computer and couldn’t access the internet until later. Wouldn’t recommend the Pubic Storage on Glenwood Avenue to anyone considering storage units.
