Called there to ask about a few products and was hung up on the first time. I called again and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional.

My experience with this store was horrible. I went in to buy underwear and i was pleased with the merchandise and their friendly staff. The lady who works there was helping me and after trying to figure out what size underwear i needed, I told her the small. I took two small underwear, she asked to hold them at the register. After trying other stuff on I decided to buy something else and went on to pay for my stuff. She put my stuff in the bag and when i got home i saw she put one small and one medium. I called that same night and she remember who I was since i spend about 45 minutes there. She said the store was about to close and so i was to returned tomorrow. After she apologized, I told her fine. Next day, i saw the manager who refused to exchange the wrong size and said she could charge me for a new small but cannot give me the right size because their policy is no returns or exchanges. I showed her the underwear that was still in bag and unworn, and explain to her the situation was not my fault. I asked her to call her employee to speak to her, but she refused and said that her words were over her employee’s. At this point I got upset with her and told her that it was ridiculous that she was not giving me the right size, and that it wasn’t my fault but a mistake done by her employee. She begun to blame me and said I should of checked it before leaving. I told her I gave her that right sizes to put on the counter but there were other sizes on the counter that were not for me to take. Anyway, she told me that if I dint stop yelling; which I was not, I was racing my voice over her’s, she was going to ask me to leave. So I asked her to give me the general manager’s number. Anyway, her lack and poor judgement in this situation was terrible. I understand their policy; however, managers need to make good judgements at times. She could of called her employee or done something else, but i feel she was more up to being right then anything else. I will never shop there ever again. I felt like I was treated horrible as a customer and having the merchandise was not worth that experience. Sorry for the long review, but it was terrible in the South Carolina, myrtle beach store.

I’ve been in my fair share of sex & lingerie shops. I like this one a lot for its prices and contents. They’ve got everything covered and more!
They seem to have a large variety of women’s toys, men’s toys, lingerie, lubes, and anything you could erotically imagine.
There’s always discount bins for items that are discontinued in the store, so definitely look into them! They are such a steal!

This is a sex store that’s a little bit friendlier then some of the others.
Priscilla’s stays away from the sleazy/​back alley ambiance that seems to permeate some of the other stores. You won’t find any sleazy perverts here trolling around looking for back alley sex. This atmosphere makes it a bit easier to shop in then other store of its ilk, but the prices are a bit higher than at some of the more degenerate stores.
Priscilla’s carries toys, clothing, shoes, videos, as well as assorted novelties, gifts and cards. If you’re planning a bachelor or bachelorette party and looking for wacky gifts, if you’re just looking for something to spice things up with that special someone, this is probably the best place in Raleigh to go. Chapel Hill also has a strong contender in Frisky Business Boutique, but this place is far and away the best in Raleigh.
