I was not a fan of this place at all. I left their practice after leaving in tears being told that my son was no longer welcome there if I differed from the CDC’s vaccine schedule. I simply wanted to space the shots out across several visits but still get them all in due time. They also treated me differently after finding out I had Medicaid. If you don’t like it, don’t accept it. It is a choice, after all. Not to mention Dr. Brennerman is a cold man. He doesn’t even seem to like babies at all so I’m a bit confused as to why he chose this path in his profession. He never explained anything, never spoke to my baby, never seemed amused with him; just observed silently and typed away in his computer. I’m a first time mother; please walk me through what is going through your head. I will say that the front-desk ladies were always nice and that the reason I went there to start is because it was the only practice I called who had a human answer the phone and not a machine. Some people may appreciate this practice’s style, however, it was not my cup of tea.
