I just had the best shoe buying experience ever at Mobley’s! They were incredibly nice and attentive from the moment I walked in the door. All of the staff were quite knowledgeable about their different types of shoes. I had a lot of questions about Danskos and they were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend shopping there!

Knowledgable sales staff. Professional. Courteous. I appreciate the time they took measuring my daughter’s feet to ensure a proper fit. This wasn’t just another sale for them. I could tell they were genuinely concerned about getting the correct size and style for her feet. Other reviews say the prices are high, but I don’t think that has anything to do with the store. They carry brands like new balance, saucony, and stride rite. Those brands are more pricey than something you find at target. No comparison.

I checked out Mobley’s shoes last November for Small Business Saturday. I was warmly greeted as I walked in by one of the owners, Clifton. I explained to them that I sought out their store because they carried shoes that are good for those with feet problems. I was thrilled to see they had Dansko’s and other arch conscious brands. The staff was all very friendly and willing to sit and talk, not just concerned with making a sale. I will be back for sure!

I really love this shoe store! I buy my toddler daughters shoes here. Their prices are competitive with and , so I think they are quite fair. Service is excellent and it is an independent family owned business which I love to support. They carry the cutest shoes and are well stocked with childrens shoe sizes. I never bought a pair for myself from them and I never special ordered a pair either so I can’t comment on that point the other reviewer made.

Great service and very high quality(and cute!) children’s shoes. As the other reviewer has said, they are pricey but IMHO I think its worth it to get shoes that withstand my 2 year old daughter’s constant movement and harsh treatment. After 4 months, she has outgrown her summer shoes but they still look nearly new; that’s a quality product. Moreover, this is a long established local business. I never mind paying a little more to know that I’m helping keep local businesses in business.

This place is a contradiction. On the one hand, they fit my daughter with some nice sneaks and the experience was fine, albeit a bit pricey. On the other hand, I ordered some crocs for her early in the spring season, and they called way into the summer to let me know they had arrived. By then, I had bought her a pair elsewhere, thinking that they weren’t ever getting them in. At another time, I myself ordered a pair of shoes(they have adult shoes as well) b/c they didn’t have my size. I’m still waiting for the call that the shoes have come in. Fall has come and gone. Winter is almost over. And still, I wait. I am surprised I never received at least a courtesy call informing me that they were unavailable. Hmm. The salespeople seem competent and the place seems like a nice, well-run joint. But I gotta wonder, where are my shoes?
