9 minutes to get our meal. During our wait a customer (I assume an employee) walked behind the counter and started messing with a machine. She did not wash her hands. Another member from the same party started reaching over counter for condiments. The same person also brought back a hamburger made incorrectly. Manager was off talking to someone while the lone counter person was doing his best to take everyones order. Our order had missing items, but too busy to even try to get it corrected. I haven’t seen a McD’s circus this bad. Nearly all tables dirty, I had to clean our own table before sitting down. I guess anything goes for this place. So sad this is the quality found in Wakefield.

I ate here twice in the past year, Both times the burgers were cold, nasty and the employees attitudes were horrible. Learned my lesson the second time and will never go back. Would never recommend!

NEVER open on time. If I were a manager or a general manager I would be looking for heads to roll.
I’m sent out to get breakfast for bosses very early and constantly I have to go a few miles down the road to the next McDonald’s because this place routinely opens 20 – 30 min late.
Edit 11÷29÷15: Blueberry Biscuit almost never ready in the mornings. Half the time they tell me they’re out of frosting or just not ready. Incredibly frustrating. I hate that I have to go to this place.

Worst McDonald’s ever. As an old McDonald’s employee I know for a fact they don’t follow policy. Orders are constantly wrong, they never give correct change, and when you ask the manager for help you get yelled at. Will never give my business to this establishment ever again.
