Marshall Park Apartments

This is a great place to live. They have an amazing pool. They have a pet washing station and it even has shampoo and pet perfume. They have a snack bar full of candy and chex mix. They always have events and parties for their residence and two gyms. Seth helped us and if you are looking for an apartment ask for him. Allison, Kyle, and Candice are also great. Marshall Park is located by Crabtree mall and is on Raleigh’s green way trail to. The apartments have hardwood floors, garden tubs, an attached parking garage and elevators. If you are looking for a place to live come here!

I have been living at this community now for 9 months and I have been extremely please with my apartment, the amenities, leasing and maintenance staff. Every request I have put in for maintenance has been resolved within 24 hours. Any concern I have raised with the leasing staff has been responded to, promptly and efficiently. THEY ARE GREAT!
I receive many packages in the mail and have never had an issue receiving them. They have a great and technologically advanced tracking system for mail and packages. I am notified via email when packages arrive and the notice also shows up at our great mail center. The staff is always great at meeting my needs and demands regarding my packages.
I wanted to especially mention our concierge Alysson, she is amazing and has always been available to help me with any request and answer any questions I might have. Anytime I have sent her an email she responds to me within minutes. She is always happy and eager to help. It is always nice after a long day at work, to come back home and go by the lobby to pick up a package or ask some questions and have Alyson there with her smile and positive vibe. She never hesitates to offer me assistance and happily takes care of any requests I may have. She is also very nice to my fur babies and they like her.
I look forward to continue living here and renewing my lease next Spring.

We moved to Marshall Park 6 months ago and have loved living there from day 1. The amenities are awesome. Everything is clean and very well maintained. There are regular events for residents from breakfasts to a painting class. The staff is very nice and professional. Alysson, the concierge is fantastic, friendly, and very helpful. The maintenance guys are very responsive and professional. Everyone looks out for the residents. It’s a great place to be.

The staff is great at Marshall Park, especially the concierge. Allyson is welcoming, professional knowledgeable, and very helpful and resourceful. She takes the happiness and comfort of the residents of MP very seriously. Seth is also awesome! You will love living here.
