Came in for a simple pocket watch battery replacement. Took 20 minutes and cost ~$ 10, as promised. While had to wait a bit to first get service because there was nobody in the store, the service was friendly and they looked like they knew what they were doing.
I did not look at the watch & other offerings, but for basic watch maintenance, they will do when I did not have the time to do it myself.
