I got a pair of earrings for Mother’s Day and one came loose 9 days later. I was not able to find it and they refused to do anything, said they don’t warranty their merchandise. I tried to buy 1 earring and they wouldn’t allow it. Quality merchandise is meant to last

One person there was very snappy, had an attitude, and a smart ass. I could tell by the tone in her voice she was getting annoyed with me. I probably shouldn’t have sounded aggravated and frustrated, but I’m the customer. Other than that the other two people I talked to were great!

My necklace chain has broken a few times, so the quality may not be 100% compared to another jeweler, but Dominique has always been progressional and handled my issues promptly and conveniently for the customer. She’s very friendly, always cheerful, and will never hesitate to go above and beyond for a customer in need. She’s also very sympathetic when it comes to sentimental possessions.

Horrible. They look down on you unless you drop thousands and thousands on a product.

I broke my necklace a week after I got it, but they refused to fix it for free. They wanted $ 25 and a week to complete the work. I took it to Treasure Isle Jewelers around the corner and they fixed it for $ 15 in 20 mins.

Me in a jewelry store? Certainly not my usual locale. I have a friend with a birthday soon, and I wanted to get something nice, but not jewelry that would give the wrong idea. Explained this to the sales associate, who was very polite, professional, and helpful. We looked at several options and I found something that I felt was appropriate for the occasion. She offered the lifetime warranty and explained it well. Very pleasant experience.
