My wife and I recently purchased a town home using John Griffin and he staff. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the Raleigh market. He listened to our request and showed us what we had requested. After seeing a few house we changed our minds about the price range and then we went on to see more homes.
After we found a townhome we liked the process began. Since I was out of the country for most of time, I was initially concerned about get all the purchase and mortgage documents completed. Much to my surprise… thing went very smoothly. The process of actually settling on a price with the builder was enhanced with John’s knowledge of the market. We were able to get the townhome for less than we expected.
The closing process went very well using a mortgage person and closing attorney that was on a list provided by Mr. Griffin. They were very competent and professional. All the paperwork had to be done electronically since I was out of the country. One of his staff (Angel) helped me through the process.
He recommended various people to help with our move from a rented condo nearby. The movers, cleaners, handyman and others were very helpful and made the move as easy as possible.
My wife and I found John and his staff to be competent, creative, honest and knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying and closing process.
