Best our carpets have ever looked! We had James (the owner) come out to give us an estimate on: whole house cleaning (living room, dining room, 2 sets of stairs, 3 bedrooms, bonus room), powerscrub the living room carpet to make it look less worn (no clue this even existed) and patch 3 spots where our beloved dog ate a pen and I tried to fix it with vinegar… which didn’t work. The estimate was VERY reasonable, so I booked him to come out today. Ronnie the technician came and was here for over 4 hours! I was in shock, because almost every time we have had our carpets cleaned, it takes about 2 hours. The patching looks great, the carpets look new, and the stairs — I didn’t know I could love the way carpet stairs look after being cleaned… but alas, I am in love.
So worth the money (I usually buy a cheap groupon, and now I am learning why they are so cheap). I am so pleased with the work, and will continue to use this team for my carpet cleaning and restoring needs!
