HoneyBaked Ham and Cafe

This was my first time at this particular location, but it’s close to my job and plus I stopped by to redeem my free sandwich coupon. I went around late lunch time 1 – 1:30pm and to my surprise it wasn’t real busy or packed. I was able to walk right up to the counter and place my order.
The staff seemed knowledgable and friendly and not just standing around doing nothing like in some establishments. The gentleman took my order and answered a few questions that I had regarding substituting the ham sandwich (coupon stated) for a turkey instead, which they do allow for no additional charge.
While in there a little girl spilled her drink, and a nice guy jumped right up to clean up the spill and offered to replace her drink (I’m guessing he was the manager) because he knew where the mop was. But I think that was really sweet of him to do instead of passing it on to one of the employees to handle.
My food came out shortly within 5 – 6 minutes, because everything is made fresh while you wait. The overall experience was a pleasant one, the food was flavorful and I will be sure to return in the future.
