This was my first time having an exterminator come to my home. I called and was told they could discuss the ecofriendly options before they started. Was told they would be there at 12:30, not a «window» of time. He showed up early and started spraying the chemicals (not the green option I requested). When I arrived he had already sprayed. Said he would email the info about what chemicals were used, but never did. After expressing my discontent they gave me a discount. Won’t be calling them again.

Would give minus stars. The exterminator was nice but everyone else not at all. Service is unreliable and they won’t complete the job, I was told the first fee included the exterior
And interior. Due to rain they did not do the exterior, but never came back. I called within 2 – 3 weeks to say that it was not working and they never came back. Claiming that the «guarantee» was expired and would come back unless I would sign up for such unreliable service.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend the service at all!

Excellent company. I called in am, and someone was out before lunch that day to deal with mice problem. Checked everywhere and under the house. Offered ways to save money. This is the company to call.
