Fred Astaire Dance Studio

In 15 short days I am getting married. Let me first say my fiancée and I are not dancers at all. We found a groupon for a dance lesson and information meeting for couples getting married. I was extremely nervous going to our first meeting. Walking in the dance studio and seeing this large open wood floor and mirrors scared me to death! Than we met Carlos, our dance instructor. He was very friendly, inviting, knowledgable, and a pleasure to dance with.
After our first initial meeting my fiancée and I purchased 5 dance lessons because Carlos had showed us a routine that he thought would go great with the song we chose. Our song is Wagon Wheel by Old Crow Medicine and a bit country. He had no problem with the song and got right to work. We have been going about every other week and we get to chose the date and time. There also open pretty late which is another plus. Since we first started we have the routine down (slow, slow, quick step), added 2 different style of turns, a dip, kicks, and a great entrance. I also feel very comfortable with it. Carlos has helped us by recording videos for when we practice at home and added some beautiful touches to our dance like a kiss right before the dip. He really knows what he’s doing and will work with anyone and turn them into a dancer. He is always encouraging and puts a smile on my face. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
