I’ve been going here for years, they always take care of me and do a terrific job. I know people are entitled and are always so quick to post a negative review, so I wanted to make sure people know how amazing this place truly is.

I don’t even want to post this review because I would like to keep this a hidden gem! I’ve been getting my nails done(gel) for years. I’ve tried so many nail salons in the Triangle and I won’t go anywhere else now. Laura is amazing and my nails last longer than any other salon I have been to. I am almost unable to type because I need a fill so bad… my current gel fill has lasted since before Halloween it’s now December… OVER a month and they still look great! No lifting, no chipping, nothing other than growth. I get my nails filled typically once every 3 – 4 weeks. Note*I do get my nails done incredibly short to begin with! The also give great pedi’s but you will get a much better experience if you book the first appointment of the day. My girls and I always call in a reservation for a group pedi and they get all three of us seated together and fairly quickly.

If you want an even filing job, don’t go here. My beautiful nails are hacked up thanks to this place. After showing the man that his filing on one nail was incredibly lopsided he continued to make it worse and now my nail is filed down to the quick. Waste of time.

Yesterday I took a friend here for a pedicure because of the past great experiences. We had other commitment later that evening and the nail technician asked if we would like manicures too, I responded that we had to leave at 6:30(it was 5:30 when we sat in the pedicure chair) so I didn’t think we had time. That was probably my biggest mistake. I noticed that other nail technicians had offered their clients a drink(water, soda, or wine) and we were not offered this(previously it was asked before we sat in the chair). I asked the nail technician and he then offered us something, but it was awkward. Typically pedicures usually take around 45 minutes(at least, depending on the quality) and this nail tech rushed through everything in 19 minutes flat! I was literally sitting under the toenail dryer in less than twenty minutes?! My «hot stone massage» didn’t even last 4 minutes. There was no lotion/oil applied to my feet at the end as many pedicures do? My friend mentioned that she did not get the same exfoliating as I did, and we both got the same pedicure. After I get home I inspect my toes/feet/polish… my feet felt rougher than when I went into the salon, my large toe is significantly longer on one foot than on the other, I have polish on my cuticles. With so many nail salons in the area, I’ll be going elsewhere next time.

This is, by far, is the best salon I’ve been to! Lots of bright, natural light, and some of the world’s kindest people. Everyone is so friendly! I come at least once a month for a gel mani/pedi – which comes with a hot stone foot massage! The polish always lasts way longer than I expect it to! I usually get in quickly, but if I come during busy hours, I’m always happy to wait, because their work is worth it. They’ll even get you a glass of wine or water while you wait. I usually see a newer guy, Peter, I think he said his name was. He’s very soft spoken, considerate, and gentle; asking your option of the color or if the water is a comfortable temperature. And his polish application is on point! He’s fantastic! If you pass this place up, you’re missing out!

I give this place 5 stars not for all of the manicurists or the ambiance but for Emily. She seriously is the best pedicurist I have had in the Raleigh area. She takes her time and does a very thorough job. She also is talkative so your experience is enjoyable. I feel that the other people there often rush. I understand they get paid per person; however if you do a good job you will have a repeat customer who possibly would request you and would tip more than usual. Every time I go to Finger Tips I request Emily and if she happens to not be there I go elsewhere or just wait. I highly recommend having Emily do your nails. It will be worth it. I think $ 40 for a mani/pedi is pricey coming from NYC but Emily is awesome.

I went to this nail salon for the first time on Saturday and THISWASTHEBESTSALONEXPERIENCE I HAD! The manicurist was gentle and kind and she was also very thorough. This salon has decent prices and you get a lot for the money you’re spending. They are worth every penny! :)

Horrible! I got a full gel set and within a couple of days you could see several were coming off of my nail bed – not happy at all – definitely not worth the money!!! While there I was flipped back and forth between techs bc the first tech did not seem to know what he was doing!!! I will NOT be going back – very unhappy!!!

They are worst of the worst! One of their associates broke a couple of nail polish bottles and destroyed my winter jacket, my jeans, my sweater and my Uggs and at the end, they blamed me! I would never go there again. After all, there is plenty of competition out there!

I went in today for a gell fill, b/c I had broken two nails and could not wait for the weekend to go to my regular place. I went at lunch time, so I was worried I could get a nice fill in, in under an hour. I saw Kathy, and she was great. Very nice, super quick and really did a great job in less than an hour! If these hold up well for 2 weeks, this may be my new go-go place for fills!

Finger Tips is on the Earth Fare side of Brier Creek. Not to be confused with«Tips 2 Toes» on the Target side of Brier Creek. If you’re looking for a clean less-frills salon for waxing in Brier Creek, you can’t beat this place on quality, customer service and value. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here for 3 years. For $ 10 plus tip, I can get in and out in 20 minutes without an appointment, add 10 – 15 minutes to that for peak hours. There are 3 people who rotate as the waxer and I’ve always walked out pleased and never over(or under) plucked.
