Waited 20 minutes in the drive through. When I got to the window, she forgot which donuts I ordered. I repeated, waited 5 more minutes and she STILL got them wrong. I didn’t bother going back.

We enjoy their food, breakfast especially, but it never fails that something goes wrong. Either it’s the wrong breakfast sandwich, paying for something you don’t get, or having them tell you to pull up and forget you’re outside, waiting for a sundae that’s melting inside. Freaking ridiculous how bad the staff here messes up. After giving them more than enough chances to get better, I think we’re done.

Very nasty people! Especially a girl named lexis or Mercedes or whatever! If you dont like your job dont have one where you have to see people all day, go work in the back… They have good bagels though

This was my third and last visit to this Dunkin Donuts. My visits are always between 8 – 8:30am. The service is slow and they are not friendly at all. My second visit they were out of donuts and my first and last visit they had a minimul assortment to choose from then they told me that a bakery somewhere in Clayton makes their donuts(which tells me they are not fresh)! I am not sure how a donut shop can operate without a full selection of donuts. I don’t see this location last very long.

We only visit the Dunkin Donuts side of this business, but we always find it very clean, organized, staff is friendly. Our only issue is that this location will not be stocking almond milk. Starbucks offers soy, but Dunkin has nothing for the lactose intolerant. When we asked about it, they said that only one other person had asked(after Dunkin corporate recently started advertising it on social media) and there doesn’t seem to be any interest. This is disappointing.

Man, the service has gotten just terrible. Workers not greeting people, others just standing around staring at the long line. The food is fine if you get the right order, but that’s becoming more difficult for them as well. This whole team needs some serious training.

I’m giving this place 3 stars mainly because I came here twice with my boyfriend to get sundaes. Both times they didn’t have hot fudge. Now we just don’t even bother because we figure they are always out. Besides that, they are pretty fast the times I ordered coffee and donuts.

Come here a lot because it’s convenient. The people are not very friendly, they are slow, and cannot make a latte for anything. I’m really getting annoyed with bad customer service. I would like at least a nice hello when I walk up to the counter and have a nice day and thank you when I leave.

Awkwardly located. We did drive-thru. The services was surprisingly fast. The coffee was as expected. However, the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant was awful. It had black flakes all over the croissant and tasted like the burnt stuff on a grill. Not sure why this happened because they probably just microwaved it. It was hot hot hot. Although I was hungry I could not eat this thing. Also, the people seemed really rushed. Everything they said was fast and to the point. It looked like and sounded like the manager was barking orders at them. Not the friendliest atmosphere and I just did the drive-thru. I double I will go back for anything other than coffee.

Nice folks, but they don’t seem to have the whole customer service thing down, like a Chick Fil A or Starbucks. Wireless works well, TVs are loud enough to hear if you sit close, but not enough to disturb if you’re trying to do something else. Food is decent for the price. 3 times in the past month I’ve stopped by to get a donut, thinking that a place named dunkin donuts may have, well, donuts. Each time they have not had my first, second, or third choices(I was really trying hard NOT to be picky). One of the three times I actually went in and asked what they DID have, and they recommended a smoothie(which was quite good), but this didn’t occur to them while I was in the drivethru. Sandwiches are tasty, and they make them with what you ask for(again, a little initiative would be ok — «would you like lettuce or tomato on that turkey sandwich» or some variant of that would be good, rather than me having to pull in after getting a piece of turkey on bread). Again, if you spell it out, or if you’re getting something that is totally clear, they do a good job. If it requires anything extra… you better ask.

Decided to give this shop a visit for a Sunday morning treat. It is pumpkin season everywhere and I wanted to see if DD could measure up to what I was use to from their competitor(starts with Star ends with bucks). 9 a.m. on a Sunday and they were already out of pumpkin coffee. And weren’t even apologetic about it. Then when I finally decide on a coffee they give me a total without bothering to see if I was going to order more! I had two kids in the car that wanted donuts. There was no line at the drive-thru so I’m not sure why they were in such a rush! I found it to be rude and off putting. This place is near the house but guess what? Their competitors are even closer and always have time to be cordial.

Great store! Always very clean and bright, the staff is very congenial. Used to be a Hardee’s but remodeled as a DD/BR.
