My husband and I recently moved to the Brier Creek and enjoy pizza occasionally as an easy weeknight dinner. This is my second time ordering from this location. The first time my pizza was forgotten. It took an hour for delivery less than a mile away. This second time I ordered a large Brooklyn style(thin crust) pizza and breadsticks. The driver delivered Cinnastix so here I am waiting another 20 – 30 minutes for breadsticks. The pizza was the worst part though… the crust was rolled so thin and so soggy and mushy that you couldn’t pick it up. Guess I’ll be driving to pick up actual NY style pizza from Randy’s from now on.

The self proclaimed manager at this restaurant– Tezi. I’m not sure of her name-she was not clear of her name(sounded like Debbie). I just ordered 2 medium pizzas, 2 orders of wings, one soda, 1 order of bread sticks and 1 order of cinnamon sticks AND one gluten free pizza. They took over an hour to deliver the food. Okay, not the best but okay. They called previously because they were out of Dr. Pepper and wanted to check that a coke was okay. Great! Thank you for asking! But when the pizza finally got here– the wings were cold, the gluten free pizza was burnt black and had no cheese. When the pizza was ordered online extra cheese was selected. On the email it did say no cheese. How that happened I’m not sure. I called the manager of the store to inquire about the burnt pizza with no cheese and her response was–«it’s supposed to be that way. It’s gluten free!» Okay– now wait a minute– I’ve been ordering gluten free pizza from multiple pizza places, including Dominos, for over a year and never once has it been burnt! So I told her this. Her response was«it’s burnt because it has no cheese» Okay– so which is it?! No cheese or gluten free? Why is my pizza burnt??? Reality– it should not matter! I have been a manager of a pizza restaurant and I know how these things go. Whether it was burnt or wrongly ordered without cheese if the customer is upset it is the managers job to correct the problem. Not respond by saying«it’s not my problem. I did nothing wrong. Call back tomorrow and talk to Isaac.» You know what… I will! Nothing about the way she spoke to me was okay. Her attitude was anything but professional! She was rude and irrational. She raised her voice and would except no responsibility for anything. It will be a long time before I ever order from here again and you better believe I will tell everyone about how awful this was. I work in sales currently– customer satisfaction and reviews are everything. They can make or break a corporation. «Tezi» needs to understand that.

Only delivery options I have where I live is pizza. Of the large national companies, this store treats customers right. Never a bad pizza, always hot, decent amount of toppings and the hardest part for most restaurants, especially delivery… consistency! Recommend this location.

I love this Domino’s location. It’s easy to find a park, the restaurant is very clean, customer service is on point, service is fast, and the pizza is delicious. What more can you ask of a Domino’s pizza?

I use to like eating at this location but I bet I will not be back. Customer service was terrible and the food was just as bad. The one on Holloway street in durham is so much better and it’s a little better priced for some reason it’s higher in brier creek. The customer service has really gone down hill.

This particular location is AMAZING but it’s a little hidden and needs more publicity. I’m sure that if more people knew about it, it would be busy non-stop. I noticed in a couple of weeks going to an appointment at Triangle Eye Institute, right across the street from it. I ended up picking up a pizza from there that same day and have been just about every week since then. Now mind you, I’ve ALWAYS been a Pizza Hut person. I had the 7.99 pan pizza at Domino’s and my boyfriend and I haven’t been back to Pizza Hut since! This location is particularly notable because it’s brand spanking new and is super clean ALLTHETIME. On top of that, the employees are SUPER nice and helpful. They all welcome you when you walk in and once you give them your name for the order, they ALL refer to you by name after. As I was leaving, they all said«See you later Ms. Bennett». Pretty cool! Lastly, they also have a pizza tracker in store so that you can see exactly where your pizza is in the process. All in all, this will be our go to spot as long as we’re in Brier Creek. These guys are GREAT and I wish they publicized themselves more so that the people of Brier Creek and Durham would know about it! Thank you Triangle Eye Institute for helping me find this pizza gem!
