Design Architectural Welding and Construction

I had a consult with Nigel to create wrought iron balusters for my home on 12÷1÷15. He guaranteed they would be installed before Christmas. That approached and the rails were not ready. Then, I was told that they would be ready and installed on ¼/​16. Here it is, 1÷26÷16 and I do not have rails. Nigel dropped off a portion of them to me on Thursday last week, however, the powder coating was not up to par. I got in touch with him and he said he would get the rails back to the powder coater to get fixed. I gave them to Nigel in Cary yesterday, and then called the powder coater this morning. They have not received the rails from Nigel. I could have just dropped them off myself to them, but Nigel wanted to do this. Now, I am trying to get in touch with him and he is not answer my calls or texts. I paid him for a service, and it is not being fulfilled. He is definitely giving me a run for my money. I do not recommend him whatsoever, give your business to someone who deserves it.
