I still keep returning because I live locally the past 20 years. This petite, controlling owner cannot be cracked. Coupons from Hallmarks and returns are not honored. Bizarre, but what can you expect from a control freak? Have not been able to exchange defective products, even for store credit. Finally learned, and have asked husband not to buy gifts for me. No wonder there is such a turnover in help!

If you have holiday card needs or birthday card needs this is the store to come to. Why?
1. This store is well organized and very clean.
2. The staff is helpful a s friendly.
3. If there is something you need, the staff will bend over backwards to find it.
Here’s what happened. I went into Hallmark for a card and cards for an upcoming holiday. I had checked other places but they didn’t have it, or didn’t know what I was looking for. So I went into Hallmark.
They knew exactly what I needed. When there was none on display, the staff did a store wide search for what I needed. They did more than just go to the back of the store to check. They looked under all of the bins.
They found what I needed and helped me save some money in the process with a my rewards card. I was very satisfied with this experience and this will be the store that I use for all card related purchases.

Well, it’s a greeting card store. They have greeting cards. Check. Let’s see, what else, oh these cards are made of paper and still cost $ 6. How’s that even possible? I hate buying cards for people! They have a post office in the back, but I drive by one every day so that’s not a big deal to me. I’m sure to others that’s an awesome feature to know about, however.

Trying to find a gift for an 80 year old woman I wandered in here. The staff was attentive and friendly and told me about upcoming events and helped me pick a gift. They have a post office inside so I was able to send the gift from inside the store. The post office does close at 6 though so if you are shopping late you may need to come back.

It’s a hallmark store. It has cards and sells postage. It met my expectations. This is seriously difficult to review because each hallmark store is pretty much the same from my POV, and this one really seems no different.

Debby’s Hallmark is a great place to find any greeting card needs that you might have. Like other Hallmark’s they also carry some merchandise from Vera Bradley, Croc and Life is Good. The staff is always friendly and ready to help.
A big bonus (HUGE) is that they have a post office inside. It is a full service location with priority and express mail services. They have 2 weekday pick-​ups, 1pm and 6pm. I am probably in the store 2 – 3 times a week just to use their post office. As most people have mentioned, the post office is in the back of the store.

From «office birthday» to «just because» cards, this place has got you covered! The best part about this store is that there is a POST OFFICE in the back! I dropped in today to mail a last-​minute birthday present and there was virtually no line — I waited no longer than a minute before I was served!
In my previous visit, I had a decent time finding cards, but the employees disappointed me a bit. I didn’t have anyone offer to assist me in finding cards, and I had to wait a couple minutes at the front for someone to check me out — no one was stationed there.
I do wish there were more love-​themed cards for unmarried couples. The «boyfriend-​girlfriend» cards were borderline silly, and practically all of the anniversary cards were for married couples. I had to settle on a Christmas love-​themed card for my boo.

This is a VERY nice Hallmark store… but it’s more than a Hallmark store. It’s also a post office that keeps longer hours than a normal post offce! They also sell a variety of stuff you wouldn’t normally find in a Hallmark store.

Its a Hallmark, but this is one of the better ones in Raleigh. Huge selection of things not normally sold at Crabtree or mall stores — such as plethora of local NC goods. And having a post office is pretty sweet.

I know it seems really silly to review a Hallmark, but I swear I have a good reason to! All Hallmarks are the same — greeting cards, overpriced candles, useless ornaments that sing, blah blah blah. The reason why I’m reviewing this place is because of the little USPS counter hidden in the back of the store. You’d never notice it until you went inside really.
While most post offices close at 5 PM, this one closes at 6 PM, which is why I love it so much. That extra hour makes a world of difference — especially when you have to get that last minute package mailed and don’t get out of work till 5 PM. You know you’ve been on that boat at one point or another! It’s usually the same two ladies that work behind the counter and they’re super nice.
So anytime you need that last minute package sent out ASAP, come here!
