Classy Hair

Classy Hair is by appointment. My appointment was with Stanley Harris. He came recommended by a friend and I really liked that friend’s hair so here we go. Stanley is extremely flexible with his schedule so I came in the evening at 6pm but he could have taken me at 6am if I needed. Wow. Stanley is well versed in chemical processes, relaxers, colors, cuts, etc. He’s been at it for over 20 years. FYI, he can do men and women’s hair of all ethnic backgrounds. Half his customers are white males. Interesting. He really listened to my concerns (don’t chop off my hair) and did an excellent job. Biggest complaint I have about salons other than not doing my hair properly is making me wait. Stanley was on time and ready to go. I actually showed up 10 minutes late but he was ready. Stanley is my guy now for all things hair-​centric. FYI, they don’t take credit cards so bring cash or a check.

Shucks, one of them last minute business meetings and I’m looking like the shaggy dog and my barber is out of town. Lydia at Classy Hair to the rescue. Their shop is only 2 blocks from the house; Lydia has been cutting hair for a gazillion years and she even tamed my unruly moustache. I like their style!
