I hired Brad to do inspection for a property. His service was very bad and not professional. It was very hard to get hold of him or to get the report from him after he got paid. His report was not clear and had no pictures of what he is referring to, which makes it very hard for a none knowledge person of construction terms to understand it. Also, he did not complete his work and didn’t provide the report for all the engaged services; however, he asked for and got paid the full price before submitting the report. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a good professional honest service.

I’m more disappointed than I can even find words to say… If you’re looking for a unprofessional general contractor that will never be on site, take weeks longer than he should to (semi)complete projects, have an awful attitude while still overcharging you, not give any backup to his charges, and then STILL send his rude wife to annoy you with text messages all day, then City Of Oaks Contracting will be perfect for your home project ;)
