Cinnabon

Great customer service and great mochalatta! The guy working there today, Feb 17 at 12 in the afternoon, in this snowy weather was very kind with a very positive attitude and a pleasant smile. What a wonderful employee. We will definitely be back here.

Just left this Cinnabon and I must give the manager props for how he handled a very disrespectful customer who was there to pick up an application. She was rude to the girl working the cash register and proceeded to fuss at the manager. If I were in his shoes I would have asked the patron to hit the road and never come back.
P. S. The Cinnabon iced coffee was delicious!

Not sure how long they let these things sit out, but the last two times I have tried a Cinnabon, they were pretty stale-​tasting. They just get hard and don’t taste very good. I don’t get them often, but these past couple experiences have turned me off of them altogether. There are much better treats you can get yourself.

I’ve been to this location quite a few times, and to Cinnabon in general more than I care to admit. I’ve never been disappointed. Maybe in myself for the speed with which I inhale the pastry, and for the fact that I lick up the extra icing. But never in Cinnabon.
If you don’t like absurdly sweet, rich, warm, doughy treats, go see your doctor. And don’t go to Cinnabon.

I went their to grab a snack, and it was not the best. I am not going to trash them because of one bad visit, because it might have been an off day for them, and we all know that there are off days. But, I am basing the majority of my score on the last visit. On my visit I ordered a Cinnabon and a drink. The Cinnabon was on the chewy side, not the soft melt in your mouth taste that I had before, but chewy. And they gave me a different drink other than the one that I asked for. The time I went to the store, a year before or so, It was better, but this was just not the best experience. I might go back, depending on if I walk by and when I glance at the Cinnabons on the other side of the glass, and they look fresh and tasty. Otherwise, I am just going to keep going.
And about the price, I can get a fresh dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a drink for the same price that I paid for just one Cinnabon and a drink. Plus I can share the doughnuts.
