I’ve been a patient here for a little over a month now. Setting up an appointment was easy. Unlike other audiologists, CHG’s friendly staff was happy to work directly with my insurance company which removed a big headache from me with regards to getting the hearing aids that I needed. The staff there has been so friendly. They always stop and look right at me, smile and offer a warm greeting(often followed by an offer for a hot cup of coffee or tea). The office is really modern and clean. My only nit is the TV in the waiting area has a bit of a buzzy audio track to it. But there is plenty of clean comfy seating. Though I’m never kept waiting long. While CHG is located inside of a busy medical office building, there’s usually plenty of available patient parking near the front entrance. The process of getting an up to date audiogram with Dr. Brad Baldwin was pleasant and professional. We had a good conversation about my clinical needs and my lifestyle, and while I think most of his patients are probably seniors that aren’t as adept with modern mobile devices, Brad was happy to work with me on hearing aids that better fit my tech-savvy lifestyle with a pair of hearing aids that work well with my mobile device. I started coming here because of a referral by a co-worker who is a long-time patient, and I’m very happy to add my own endorsement to this fine practice.
