This used to be my favorite Bruegger’s. They put tons of cream cheese on their bagel sandwiches and never skimped on the toppings. It seems like a new year mandate may have changed things because recently my cream cheese has been cut in half and toppings have been reduced as well. Maybe they’re suggesting a weight loss plan for me.

Good bagel experience today. Bagel was toasted perfectly, just the right amount of crème cheese. Very tasty and delicious. Seating area was clear and orderly, no trash in sight. Service was quick, without error and with a smile. Great job Bruegger’s at North Hills.

I’ve always been a fan of Bruegger’s Bagels, so I was happy to see that there’s one near my house & it’s on my way to work. Sadly, there isn’t much parking available, but even at 7:20AM, I was able to snag a spot behind the store. I went in & saw how nice it was inside; bright lighting, colors & friendly employees. An employee took my order immediately(I decided on the egg Sriracha sandwich). I walked to the register to pay & order a caramel macchiato. The employee there was very pleasant & made small talk. In about two minutes I had my sandwich & coffee & I was on my way. I couldn’t wait to dig into bag & eat that delicious smelling sandwich. It was SO good, from the first bite to the last. The spicy kick of the Sriracha, combined with the fluffy egg, seasoned sausage, melted cheese & soft bagel was amazing. The coffee was very sweet, which is the way I like my coffee & it was piping hot(also how I like my coffee). I’m glad I went with the large, but now that I’m finished with it, I want more! Prices are reasonable, I paid $ 8.63 for my sandwich & coffee. They have a pretty good selection of bagels, sandwiches & coffee. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to Bruegger’s today for what was supposed to be a quick bite. But it was the complete opposite of quick. The service was horrible. First thing that was wrong: the menu. I initially wanted the Spinach Cheddar Omelet Bagel, but upon ordering, learned that the menu was outdated and they hadn’t changed it yet. I’m sorry, but this shouldn’t happen. You are already setting expectations that can’t be met. So fine, I settled for ordering the Sriracha Egg Bagel. The lady who served us was incredibly slow and was not receiving much help from her fellow bagel assemblers. The restaurant was not busy, but I have never seen it take so long to make a bagel. Everyone and everything seemed unorganized and I did not feel like anything was being managed. After a frustrating wait for our food, I sat down and opened my bagel to find the sausage missing. How do you miss one of the key ingredients of a simple bagel sandwich?! Needless to say, I was NOT happy. I returned to the nonexistent line to let them know my order was wrong. They were quick to apologize and remade my bagel. But even remaking my bagel took forever. While waiting on my food, the lady who made it wrong came back out and did not seem very sincere in her apology and seemed to just shrug it off. Also, the variety of bagels was seriously lacking. They had a lot less options available than they normally do. And even after our long wait for our food and the time it took us to eat, there were no fresh bagels that had come out. So not only were they slow in the front of the restaurant, but they were slow in the back. This was a very disappointing experience.

Who runs out of cooked eggs at 9:45AM on a Saturday morning and out of sausage. Tell the girl with big gauge earrings to pull her pants up. Didn’t seem like any responsible manager was on duty. A bunch of children looked like they rolled out of bed right before I got there. 2÷14÷15

This is a pleasant place to stop in the morning for coffee and bagels. The staff does a good job getting your order ready quick and the food is consistently good. It is easy to park at this location.

The staff couldn’t be nicer. On this cold, icy day, I was coming to get chicken noodle soup for a sick friend. They unfortunately were out of the soup, but so sweet and kind in trying to find me an alternate option. Although I left without the soup I was searching for, I will most definitely be back. Very convenient. And very home– like, nice, and local feeling for a chain.

Food is fine, no complaints there. Service definitely leaves something to be desired. Went mid-morning(930ish) for a quick meal on the way to work. Ordered the BetterBacon Cheddar bagel and had to repeat myself three times and each time the girl behind the counter just stared at me dumbfounded. We paid while they made the bagels and then when they were dine the manager tried to ring us up again! And to top it all off, by the time I got to finally eat it, there was no bacon. It’s even in the name! Suffice to say, I doubt I will be back.

I like going to this bruegger’s after my Saturday morning gym class. It’s never too busy and the cashier is always so nice. I suggest the herby turkey or the egg white and sun dried spread. Yum yum!

Bruegger’s makes a good bagel. I grew up in NC and this was our bagel stop. We’d have a dozen or two bagels in the freezer at all times: plain, cinnamon-raisin, and sesame. Slathered with cream cheese, hot and fluffy. Probably the best place to get bagels in the Triangle.
