Brookstone

Sales staff is awful. I’ve never had trouble using a coupon at a Brookstone location that was a few days premature or late except for the Crabtree mall. I was about to drop $ 400 on gifts for my family when they said they wouldn’t honor my $ 20 coupon and wouldn’t override it. I thought it was ridiculous. Left everything at the counter, ordered the gifts online, and ended up getting $ 75 OFF!

You know that QVC channel? Or those late night commercials selling all those ridiculous products that eventually make you tilt your head sideways to the point you think you might need it?
Well this place is that but with the truth. People know this store for the obvious which is the awesome massage chairs you see everyone on all the time but never really see buying. And all other cool gadgets you touch till you remind yourself you don’t really need it, unless you do. I love this store though. It makes for quick gifts too. The staff is always so giddy which makes me want to invite them to have a massage with me. Almost like a live infomercial.
Either way, great electronics or what nots.

From time to time, my fiancé and I will wander around the mall. We stumbled onto Brookstone and Company and raced to the massage chairs. While he took over the big massage chair and wanted some rest and relaxation time, I went ahead and took over the seat that will work on my back. I sat there for 45 minutes and I made sure it rolled on all of the knots on my upper back. If you are like me, I like the deep tissue massage. It was somewhat painful and very soothing. I know I will feel better tomorrow. My fiancé wanted me to try the big fancy massage chair. So I did. This chair is super comfortable. Perfect for a very exhausting day. But I had to go back to my seat. Nothing beats a back massage that will remove the knots that have been there for months! And the beautiful part is… it’s FREE! The staff is so nice there. She kept asking me if there was anything I needed. I was surely missing a cocktail… she chuckled. =)

This is a great place to buy nice gadgets, gifts, neat toys, and various electronics. The sales staff is great, and they will let you play with everything in the store.
