Bone Sweet Bone Pet Sitting

Just wanted to update this review. We filed our small claims case against Bone Sweet Bone and today the judge found in our favor and made a judgement against Christy and Silvia. Just be careful because we got the texts and pictures of our dogs too while we were away. If it was not for our alarm system we would never have known that they left our dog in his crate for over 19 hours and then for 9 and then for another 15.
DO NOT USE this company for pet sitting. We hired them to overnight sit for us for two nights and they did not stay either night. They left our dog in a crate for over 19 hours and then let him out for 16 min and then crated him for another 9 hours and then let him out for 40 min and then crated again for 15.5 hours. Our other dog was not taken out and we came home to feces and urine all over our bedroom floor. (We have proof of the above mentioned times via our security alarm event log)
They also did not feed either dog on Sat or Sun morning. And when we let the one dog out of the crate he drank a big bowl of water and then proceeded to drink two separate toilet bowls full of water and then another big bowl of water. We felt so sorry for our sweet puppy. We feel so much guilt for failing him. (We had called 3 references prior to hiring them)
Don’t be fooled by Christy’s sweet demeanor on the phone or in person. She can talk the talk. We thought she was the nicest person when we met her.
How she can claim «that God has put her on this earth to take care of our four legged friends» and then proceed to neglect our puppies the way she did is beyond me.
If there was a zero star rating to chose from I would have selected that. They don’t even deserve one star.
