The woman taking our order was so incredibly rude and far from helpful that we walked out instead of ordering. (We had been politely asking questions about the menu, and she treated us like idiots and acted as if we were imposing on her free, social time. They had neither customers nor any work to do at the time.) No need describing her dyed and piled-​high, braided updo– you’ll recognize her unwillingness a mile away. After reading the reviews on another Bojo location, we opted for Burger King instead. Permanently.

Really great chicken tenders, fluffy biscuits, and nicely seasoned fries. I always get the family pack when I go and I like how it comes with a half a gallon of tea. The only con is the tenders can sometimes be skimpy, but otherwise it taste great! I always feel content when I go eat there because im eating a full meal basically! Plus I really love the seating because the benches are wider than your average seating area, which is so much more comfortable than sitting on those tiny fabric benches. Yes people, it all matters!

Bad restaurant. I’ve been here several times since moving to Raleigh in the summer. Everytime I’ve been I get bad service and the order is normally wrong. Drive a little further and find a better place to eat.

Absolutely love the Cajun chicken biscuit. Everything else is mediocre at best, but that chicken biscuit is awesome.

I don’t eat fast food hardly ever but had to be sure to try the Bo Jangles while I was spending some time in the South.
The chicken was good although I think I might like Chick-​fil-​A friend chicken better. However, the biscuit was … Out of this world amazing. Flaky, probably made with real butter, and just plain wonderful.
I would go back for sure just for the biscuits, and would be willing to try something else on the menu.

In terms of franchises, this Bojangles is the king of all Bojangles.
Service is always fast, prompt, and on-​point. I’ve never received cold-​food from this location once in 10 years. Even with some of the highest traffic volumes I’ve ever seen for a fast-​food joint, they process orders with incredible speed and efficiency. The employees are very friendly. But most importantly, I am always satisfied with the food.
It’s fast food, but it’s damn good, hot, and fresh fast food. And the best thing is, if anything is even remotely unsatisfactory, they will take it back and prepare you a new order, no questions asked.
