Will never shop here again. I have been a loyal customer and part if the VIP program for years. Have shopped at 3 NC stores in Charlotte & Raleigh.
Went in over the weekend to return a skirt I ordered online. Was told I could not return online purchases in the store. This was a bit frustrating as they do not offer cash refunds, but only store credit that I could not use until I mailed the item back and the credit was issued. Then the sales girl offers to get her manager. The manager then tells me they can not mail the skirt back, I need to do that myself. Then a 3^rd employee comes up to me as I’m browsing the store to then tell me I can’t return the skirt at all because it was a sale item. For $ 70 and bad service… You just lost a longtime customer. After the manager recommended I try to «sell it online or something», I walked out and left the skirt there. Clearly it was useless at this point.
What is even more disheartening, when Bevello has messed up on my phone orders in the past (mailing to wrong address even after I verified the correct address), I was understanding. I accepted the mistake and worked with the staff to get it rectified. Sorry to see that Bevello is not willing to help a customer out if they don’t understand the return policy the first time. Poor service!

A girl can never have too many dresses. And apparently, the Triangle can never have too many Bevellos! This is the third location in the area, and compares favorably although smaller. It has a good focus on statement accessories, like the Cameron Village store, but also a nice mix of cocktail and casual, like the Chapel Hill store. Hudson and True Religion jeans, luxe yoga-​wear, alongside BCBG and max and cleo. After feeling completely overwhelmed by the noise, crowds, and disarray in Crabtree stores like Forever XXI and H&M, I was happy to stumble across Bevello — a cozy boutique that stands out with quality garments in a range of prices, and friendly sales associates to boot.
