Batteries Plus Bulbs

I can’t believe there are so few reviews. This place is my go-​to for all things related to power. There is ALWAYS somebody in the store who knows how things work (or don’t work) together whether you need something simple or something not so simple. Today I bought a 12 pack of batteries at a price competitive anywhere, including the Wally World next door, and got a lot of esoteric how-​do-​you-​do-​that offgrid power questions answered by the very knowledgeable and friendly dude at the store. And you don’t have to buy something to get info from these folks; they are glad to steer you toward the right thing or away from the wrong thing or just bat the breeze whether you buy or not. Everything I’ve ever needed, they’ve had in stock — weird bulbs, really odd batteries, cell phone batteries, laptop batteries (and chargers), replacement watch batteries (that they install for free)…anyway, I’ll stop now. Great store, well stocked, always friendly people who actually know what they’re doing. A zillion thumbs up.

If I had an option for 10 stars I would have given them a 10. Customer service is exceptional! Please go there for all of your battery needs. Tom went above and beyond to help me, I was in a bit of a panic because I had a project due and I had left part of my charger at the office… Which was locked for the weekend. I went all over trying to find a universal charger but I had no luck. As a last resort I stopped at batteries plus, figuring if worse came to worse I could buy a whole new laptop battery. Tom was so great, he explained, I really only needed one part of the plug, and that what I needed was pretty universal. He managed to scrounge up one, and only charged me $ 5. He really saved the day! Thanks Tom!
