11 minutes for three sliders and a fry. Sliders under the heat lamp for 8 and the Fry’s sat for 6min while I stood in awe of the Sunday dis-​organization. Oh… we were one of three couples in the place.

Management isn’t as good as it was the first I came to this area. The business is slightly going down, even for a quiet and perfectly peaceful place to enjoy your food. Their food is still good, but the way they treat the costumers isn’t as good anymore. I think they could be a very popular and a little hidden treasure in Raleigh, but since the costumer service kind of sucks. Nobody would see it the way I would.
This is the best place every, just the way the employees treat their costumers and how serious they are at the job would need plenty of improvement.

We were the only ones in there and the food took forever and the staff was not friendly. They forgot to put in the cheese sticks to cook so the rest of the food sat out getting cold while we waited for that and they forgot to include 2 items.

This location is troubled. Food is cold more often than not and very messily constructed. They have forgotten items I’ve ordered multiple times and give you the eye when you stop to check before you drive away. I most recently had the BLT and it had almost no lettuce or tomato, but it did have more mayo than I’ve ever seen on a sandwich before, I’m talking a whole jars worth! making it inedible. This is almost the only place you can get mozzarella sticks and a sandwich thru a drive thru, but they forgot to put the mozzarella sticks in my last order (even though the charged me) so I can’t comment on those:(

Do no go to this Arby’s! 4pm on a Sunday, not one person in the place or drive thru. We pulled up and attempted to order, Repeated the order back to us and it was completely wrong! Repeated it 4 more times with no luck, drove up to the window to have the kid tell me «You were mumbling» No, I clearly stated my order several times. He slams the window shut, throws his headset down and another woman came over to pick it up. At this point it wasn’t even worth our time and we prefer our food without spit. The Taco Bell we went to after gave us amazing service. This place was by far the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to and HORRRRRRIBLE SERVICE!

Cold fries, brisket sandwich barely warm and the dining room speakers are cranking dance tunes, hip hop and static at 6 pm with 2 customers seated. No wonder

This Arby’s location is pretty good. I come here when I’m in a jam and need food quick. I always get my food within a minute or two and it’s great because it is only 5min from work. Their fries are the best, hands down the best fries out of any fast food joint. I don’t know any other fast food place that has curly fries and surprised that no other place does. I usually get their fish sandwich. They have good deals and I usually spend $ 6-​$ 7 on lunch.
For some reason though, these guys always think I am getting my lunch to go and so they always give it to me on a trey, even if I tell them it is for here. But that is the only qualm about this place, which is very minor.

The food is always amazing, but they are constantly taking forever and messing up your order, even when they’re not busy at all. Sometimes staff are friendly, and sometimes very unsympathetic to your long wait.

When I came here the fry cook stepped out from the kitchen to say that he liked my shirt and the young man at the cash register was genuinely nice and friendly. I am not sure why someone would be so happy working at Arby’s, but screw it, I was happy to talk to him and be around him for that brief moment. I really liked the service at this Arby’s and the food also hit the spot. Probably the best fast food experience ever.

Very nice Arby’s! The condiments are full and easy to get to. The place is clean and very nice. The service was fast and the food was delicious. No complaints!
