Ample Storage Centers

Let me begin with the storage is nice, clean and easy to access. The staff was easy to work with and prices were good. So I give the storage unit itself a five star.
Now let’s talk about the moving company that they offer which is associated with their company that they contract out. I give them a one star. They had 4 movers come with the company moving truck to move us out of our home and did a horrible job they definitely messed up a lot of her furniture more than what we thought and we did not know a lot of it was messed up until we took it out of storage 6 months later. They put a hole in our ceiling at our old house that they did come back and patched up but told us that we needed to paint it. They did some other damage as well and did ask how they could repair it but only patched the work up. We were told by many people we would only need 1 large storage unit and needed 1.5. I would not recommend using their moving people unless you have only a few things. When we moved out of there, we used professionals and they laughed at their packing job in our storage unit. So not only did a lot of stuff get damaged but we spent more money for 6 months on having an additional unity. So annoyed!
